Have you ever woken up DEAD? Well I did... when I was eight years old I woke up in my bed covered in blood. I found my mother, father, and baby sister all dead in their sleep. Soaked in blood. From then on I felt like death. Everyone around me dies...

LUNA walks into the girls bathroom and digs through her backpack trying to find lipstick. As she scavenges through the bag, she hears light sniffling. Frowning, she looks up at the mirror and sees no one in the bathroom.
Turning around she bends slightly to see a pair of shoes under a stall right behind her. Walking over she bites her lip wondering if she should ask the girl if she was good or just leave it alone. But against her better judgement she had a big heart that she hide sometimes.
Luna knocks lightly on the stall, "Hi um... are you okay in there?"
"Yes I'm fine."
"Well whatever it is... it's not worth your tears. Whether it's about a bad grade, a cute yet annoying boy, a friend, family issues... it's all okay... or at least it will be. It doesn't seem like there's a light at the end of the tunnel now but I promise you it will shine bright really soon."
A few more sniffles sound from the other side of the stall. Luna jumps slightly as the door is tanked open suddenly. A girl with wild curly blonde hair and brown eyes stands opposite of Luna.
"Luna Tate?"
"Yes? That's me..."
The girl smiles nervously before shoving her hair behind her ear while looking down at her old shoes, "Sorry. I-I just never thought you would be talking to me."
"Why wouldn't I?"
"Because I'm a waste of space... that's what everyone else says."
Luna frowns, "Well screw them. You're a human being with feelings. They can go choke on a dick for all I care."
The girl smiles laughing, "Thanks for what you said also..."
"No problem." Luna stares at the girl then holds out her hand, "You know my name what's yours?"
"Erica." The girls bites her lip before shaking Luna's hand.
"Well Erica what's wrong. Why were you crying?"
"I-I just it's kind of personal."
Luna holds up her hands in surrender smiling, "Alright that's fine. No problem. If you ever need anything or want to talk just let me know. I'm serious."
Erica nods still not really believing her. The girl was popular there was no way she wanted anything to do with her.
Luna frowns hearing the girls thoughts. Just because she wasn't popular didn't mean Luna would treat her like shit and bully her. She wasn't that kind of girl. Her aunt didn't raise her to be.
Luna quickly takes her notebook out her bag. She rips a piece of paper out then grabs a pen and writes down her phone number. Handing the paper to Erica she grins.
"Seriously Erica. We can even sit together at lunch today."
Erica nods slowly smiling in awe as she stares at the number of the sheet of paper. She watches Luna gather her things before she disappeared out the girls bathroom.
