Jacob awoke the sounds of roaring and shouting. He bolted upright, leaves and moss in his hair. Once on his feet, he started to walk in the direction that he hoped was an exit, but instead bumped into the wall. What was it that his dad said when the power went out? "Remember Jacob, if you get ever get lost somewhere dark, keep walking until you find a wall, then keep your hand on that wall and follow it." He put his left hand on the wall and began to walk along it. The sounds of shouting got louder, but the roaring had stopped. He began to hurry, wondering what was going on. When he finally got to the entrance, he discovered the mama gatorclaw and it's baby running away, looking back at the cave. He looked around and saw that he was right next to some big green weapon toting women. As he got closer, one of them began to sniff. "Sisters! I smell humie! Coming from cave! Must find humie!" They yelled and jangled their weapons in agreement, and began to run towards the cave. Jacob took one look at the approaching mutants, and took off into the bush, with the mutants hot on his trail.
