i took a showerrrr. ik it doesnt seem like much but its a lot for me and like ive been feeling terrible for the past few weeks and im pretty refreshed now
and i told my irl friends how proud of mysekf i was and they were like well its normal yo have a shower its a human thing to do theres nothing that much to be proud of. but yeah i wish they understood how hard my depression was and how hard it is to cope
but its okayyy i have you guysss
im just happy that i had the energy and motivation to have one bcs ive been so drained
