Shining Star
There's a smile on your face but there's pain in your voice and it's breaking me down
Power in the way that you scream out my name and I just realized
The way that your lyrics captures the moment and now I'm thinking about
All of those times that you shook my whole world apart
Everyone says you're in pain but I don't really know for sure
The way that you stumble with grace and still keep that shine in your eyes
Maybe I'm selfish for thinking this way but baby you glow like the stars
Just know that no matter what life throws your way you're worthy of all of those stars
