Reckoning

Even in delusion do not be deceived
The day shall come when all will be revealed
To be born unknown and to die the knowing
A synchronization of our one true and only.

The day shall come when all shall perish
The fear and disbelief holds no contempt to the calling
And now here I stand a cannon ball of impending emotions
Alas the day has come when I shall be your reckoning

Leaders of the day come to pay their debts
Soldiers and badges in their flying jets
Doctors and addicts with a stack of needles
Corruption and politics in a conference meeting

If the day should come when we all have meanings
Widows and undertakers would start their grievings
An unconscious string of events in the heap of beatings
Let us take a stand and make our dealings

No hope to break for the battered soul
No pros in play for the proactive mind
No cons in confinement least you're a convicted hero
And then in time we shall all be ashes.

If ashes we may be then winds will sail
Decadent suits with knighting gail
No battle has begun and yet we fight the war
Those game of thrones with seven gods

So when the day comes hope shall shudder
The stinking stench of our fears shall rise
The devil in disguise will shed his skin
The glorious evolution will only but begin

And in the end we are all but human
No back up drives to hold the fleeting
The day has come when all should be ashes
If ashes we may be then our reckoning has risen.
