I hear my phone go ring and groan before sitting up and grab it off the ground. "Why is Jasmin calling me," I grunt exhaustedly. "Hello," I yawn out as I pick up.

"Did you seriously just wake up," she asks.

"It's not that late is it," I ask and she chuckles.

"It's like four in the afternoon. Not even I sleep that late and I sleep during the day most of the time," she says.

"Shut up," I grunt. "Why did you even call me," I say and I can just imagine her rolling her eyes by the annoyed breath she takes.

"You asked me to find that spell. Well it's more of a ritual, but that's beside the point," I hear her words and am now wide awake.

"What do we have to do," I ask and she doesn't answer for a minute. "Jasmin," I say and she sighs.

"Talking to the dead is complicated. Attracting his soul won't be hard, but actually speaking to him is the complicated part. The only way I can find would be to temporarily, well, kill you," she says and I stumble back. I hear the bed move and Fangs and Sweet Pea are behind me now.

"Is that the only way," I ask and I feel tears in my eyes. I do not want to relive that. I've died once and been brought back. That shit is traumatic. I don't think or talk about it much. I don't like to relive it more then I have too.

"It is and it has to be you. You're the only one with any connection to him other then Luke of course, but I would not trust to send him in," she says and I sigh.

"How are you going to bring me back," I ask and she sighs.

"I've done research. That spell you had me use on Fangs and yourself would have been my first option, but if I use it, you won't remember your conversation. It isn't supposed to allow you to remember anything. I'm not even sure how you got your memories back. The only logical answer is that someone put them back in your head, but that doesn't make sense. Nobody knew about your life before being here other then your parents and they," I cut her off.

"Can we not talk about them please," I ask and she pauses.

"I didn't think about it. I'm sorry," she whispers.

"What are our other options then," I ask.

"The only option I could think of is if we turn you. You'll still be dead until the venom kicks, which means you should have a few minutes to talk before you wake up again, but we don't know what will happen if we try and turn you. Veronica Lodge survived, but she already had some trace of vampire blood in her from her mother. You don't. There's no guarantee that it will work for you," she says.

"If that's the only way, then it'll have to do," I whisper.

"If you give me more time I might find something else," she says and I shake my head.

"I don't have more time. I'm already on Edgar's hit list. I don't know how long I actually have left. Is there anything else you need from me," I ask and she sighs.

"Yeah actually. I need the murder weapon," she whispers and I ball my fist and squeeze the phone tightly.

"I'll get it," I whisper.

"Are you sure you can face him," she asks and I let out an empty laugh.

"Luke? He's easy," I grunt and hang up. "Meet me in the woods. That's where I want to do this. Less chance of someone interrupting," I say to the boys and I get dressed quickly.

"What are you going to do," Sweet Pea asks as I pull my boots on.

"Whatever I have to. Not like I won't slit his fucking throat if I have to," I say and I don't leave time for them to respond. I walk out and turn quickly.
