'look who finally decided to turn up',
Alex said as I made a somewhat fashionably late entrance to dinner, I smiled and tried to hide my face slightly. Jackson stood up and walked over to me to block ,
'don't worry I got you',
Jackson said covering me, Alex began to laugh,
'do you really think the knight in shinning armour act is gonna get you into her pants?',
Alex said trying to keep it together, I tried not to laugh as I slightly pushed Jackson out of the way,
'it was worth a shot',
Jackson said smiling at me, I looked around the table for an extra spot. Alex pointed towards the seat opposite of him which happened to be next to Jackson,
'Jackson insisted that we save you a seat next to him, he said it was because you asked him to but none of us believed it',
Alex said , I looked at Jackson confused and then back to Alex,
'maybe just consider the fact that I did not even know Jackson was coming tonight while thinking about that statement',
I said taking a sip of water looking at Jackson. He looked away as his cheeks began to blush, Alex began to laugh as did a few of the others at the table. I leaned my elbow on the table and began to look at Jackson, after a little while Jackson finally looked at me. I smiled at him and slightly nodded my head at him, wanting him to come closer to me. He moved closer towards me and I leaned into his ear,
'if you keep going like this you might actually get what you want',
I whispered in his ear, Jackson pulled away looking at me shocked, I smiled at him. Jackson began to look panicked, I grabbed his hand under the table leaning back in close to his ear,
