One more day till the expedition...
It was midnight, I was in Levi's room, we made it a nightly routine stay up and talk about our lives.
"I hope your prepared for this" Levi grew worried, he was the captain after all, he didn't take these things as a joke.
Peoples lives were in his hands.
"Levi stop... we're ready, we've trained more than ever, we got this" I sat next to him on his bed
He relaxed his body.
I would have to give him the letter very soon, truly I was more nervous about the letter than the expedition.
"Why is when you're around, the room lights up" He spoke up, looking into my eyes.
"Guess i'm the light of your life!" I laughed
He slowly smiled, staring at me as I laughed at my own joke.
"Arai."
I slowly stopped laughing

He smashed his lips to mine, I felt electricity run through my body.
I forgot how much I had loved kissing Levi
He placed his hand on my cheek, slowly pulling away from the kiss
He analyzed my face.
"Come with me Arai, when all this is over."
I was paralyzed.
What is he saying?
"I want to be with you."
"I want to marry you when we come back." He smiled
It was the biggest smile I had seen yet.
I stared at his lips, how beautiful he looked when he smiled.
"Guess we have to survive huh?"
He pulled me in for another kiss
He wanted to marry me.
