BEA'S POV
"I'm Beatriz Isabel De Leon. Bea for short. I'm also 2nd year." I started and put my hand infront for a handshake. "Well, I don't know my position yet." We all laughed
"Sorry, handshakes are so formal, so no handshakes hahaha. Hug na lang if you're comfy with it and a wave if you're not." Sagot ni Jho and made my decision to hug her.
"Nice to meet you, Bea. By the way, why didn't you go to try outs last year?" She asked at tinapik tapik yung likod ko. She's nice, I guess.
"Well, I just want to adjust first." I said plainly and she just smiled.
"I'm Deanna, pwede rin pong Deans." Pagsunod ni Deanna and hugged Jho.
"Parang talaga di kita kilala ha!" Sabi ni Jho.
Hanggang sa sumunod na ang lahat and in all fairness ha! Everyone hugged her. Well, she's nice naman, as of now, hahahahaha.
JHO'S POV
Everyone hugged me and sa tingin ko masaya silang kasama.
"So, who's next?" Sabi ko after ni Dani.
"No one's next na. Masyado kang nawili no? Hiya-hiya ka pa kanina." Sabi ni Ate Aly
"Anong nawili?" Tanong ko
"Ano, uuhmm, something like nag-enjoy? Basta yon!" Sagot ni Ate Aly.
"Let's all enjoy the night na." Pag-aaya ni Ate Ella.
"Bab, tara na." Pag-iinvite ni Ate Den kay Ate Aly.
We're all in the pool. I look at them one by one, especially the old ones. I'll miss them all because I'm going to US next year for my heart treatment dahil nga I have sakit sa puso but no one knows that I'll go there, even Jia, only my family and my coach knows about it. I'll stop my varsity year for a year, continue to study in US and continue my studies and my varsity years here, on the Philippines, when I come back, after the treatment. I wish that Jia will never make tampo or be mad of what I will be doing.
"AAAHH-" Breathe then cough, ikaw ba namang hilain pababa unexpectedly.
"Chill, Jho! *carry me* Sorry sorry! Masyado ka kaseng nakatulala dyan e." Sabi ni Jia habang ako ubo parin ng ubo.
"How dare you?! *cough*" sabi ko sa kanya.
"Sorry." Sabi nya ng patawa
Umalis ako sa pool at pumunta sa kubo para kunin yung oversized shirt ko at umupo muna doon to check my phone. I received a text message from my mom.
"Honey, we'll not be home until tomorrow but text me if you need something or something happened, okay? Enjoy baby!"
After I read it, I smiled. Mom and Jaja are really sweet, like they were in the old times hahaha.
"Kung sino man ikaw na babae ka." I warned because someone covered my eyes but I know it was Jia.
"Okay! Okay!" Sabi naman nito
"Odiba! My guess was right!" Pagmamayabang ko sabay tawa.
"Ikaw talaga! Are you okay na? Bumaba na ba yung nainom mong tubig sa pool? HAHAHAHA!!" Pag-iinis nya sakin
"I'm fine. I'm always fine! Ano ba? HAHAHAHA" I answered.
"Tara, let's swim ulit!" She invited.
"Sige, later ako. I'mma reply to mommy first." Sabi ko
"Okay, take your time!" She replied and jumped to the pool
"Kkkrriiiinnggg..."
"Bea! Someone's calling!" Sigaw ko mula sa kubo
"Who?" Tanong nya.
"I-i can't read the name! Ang hirap!" Sagot ko.
"Ow, okay! Coming!" I waited for her.
When she answered it and went to the garden, I went inside muna to get towels for the girls. Then, I saw Bea on the garden na may kausap parin, so I decided to give her a towel.
"Be-"
"I told you! I don't love you! Please lang! Leave me alone. Give me peace! You cheater!"
