Tell me why I turned around to see some lady ..

She looked slightly like someone I knew.

"Can I help you" I said to her politely.

"You don't remember me Lili" she asked

Once she said that my heart stopped.

Why is she here ?

How does she recognize me ?

"Hey" she said with a smile.

I kept my composure and looked at her with a straight face.

"Hi" I said dryly.

"You didn't miss me" she asks

I turned back around because I saw the waitress coming back.

"Jalissa Cartier Haven Yazmin Nora Allie Davis, you don't hear me talking to you"

I used to make people call me Chyna.

The kids ordered and I ordered for me and Seirra.

"Excuse me ma'am" I said to the waitress.

"Yes" she said back.

"May we get that to go please" I asked her

"Yes I will be right back" she said as she walked away.

"Jalissa you don't hear me talking to you I am your mother, I deserve respect"

I laughed sarcastically.

"Listen lady you stopped being my mother at 14, now you're just some random to me, I could honestly not give a flying bird you birthed me" I said as I looked at the kids.

"Are those you're kids" she said with a slight smirk.

She then quickly replaced it with a smile.

Fake ass smile

"Yes they're my kids"

The waitress came back and gave us our food.

"Here Cece" I handed her the food.

"Y'all have to carry y'all food" I told them

"Okay Momma" Taylin and Seirra said.

"Okay Momma J" the rest of them said.

Once we reached the car someone grabbed my shoulder.

I know damn well this lady not touching me.

"I was hoping to get to know you better" she said as she kept her hand on my shoulder.

"You wouldn't have to get to know me if you would've just got over papa's death just like I did, but instead you decided to kick me out, so in my opinion I don't think you deserve to get to know me" I said as I pushed her hand off my shoulder.

Why the fuck was she still touching me.

"I'm sorry Jalissa" She said as she looked at the ground.

"Oh really" I asked

"Yes I'm so sorry I put you through so much, and I didn't think it would effect you" she said.

"How didn't you think it wouldn't effect me, you caused all of my pain, made it seem as if it was my fault for Papa's death, my own mother didn't want me and my dad was dead and I had no where to go, YOU BEAT ME BEFORE YOU KICKED ME OUT, YOU SAID YOU WISH I WOULD'VE DIED INSTEAD, did you know I had to sleep on the streets for months"

She didn't say anything she just looked off into the distance.

Ion wanna be caught lacking.

Why is she apologizing and not looking at me.

She being fake.

Make her look up.

"Look at me" I said to her.

She looked up and I saw nothing .. nothing but tears on her face and fear in her eyes.

Fuck is she scared of ?

She can't be scared of me.

Set up maybe ?

Turn around.

I turned around slightly and looked back at her just in time to see something about to hit me.

"Fuck is up with you" I said as I ducked.

"I'M SORRY FOR THAT BUT I NEED TO DO THIS" she said as she tried to hit me.

I moved to the side she ran into the car putting a slight dent in the drivers door.

"Do what"

"Take you in, I don't want them to hurt my family"

Family ?

This lady went and had another family ?

Made it seem as if she wanted to actually build something with me.

All she wanted was to keep her family safe.

Why couldn't she do that for me.

Why did I have to suffer as a child.

I never did nothing to nobody.

But I guess the big man in the sky has his reasons.

"Stop" I said and she just kept trying to get to me.

"You know I actually thought you wanted to come back" I said as I tilted my head.

"It's really taking everything in me not to blow yo shit back right now, only thing that is keeping me from doing that is my kids in the car"

"Other wise I  would've been blew it all the way back" After that was said I went inside my car.

That lady dead put a dent in my car bruv.
