to the special one i'm writing to,
you know who you are,
you may read it and if you don't hopefully
someone can deliver this to you on my behalf,
but honestly where do i start,

the living angel you are,
kindness which is unimaginable
to the human eye,
the way you treat everyone
with so much care
makes me want to become better,
better in such a sense that i can improve on
what i know needs improving
becoming the person i know i can be

and nothing compares to your beauty
gorgeous, pretty, whatever you want it to be,
finding peace when i see your face
suddenly problems fade away,
the clouds pass and the light shines
with your mild complexion,
it's nothing less than perfection
when i'm with you

with all else being nothing but delight,
is indeed your smile, a genuine one,
where your face radiates the skies
and your pearls shine bright,
that even if we're miles away,
i'll always have that in mind

styled in is your modesty,
fashion sense on peak,
the jewellery just adds
to what you already have
not a thing could be critiqued,
and just so you know,
whatever style you choose your hair to be,
you'll always glow,

beautiful on the outside but inner is more
right to the foundation, right to the core
your personality is second to none,
i've said it before and i'll say it again
there's an angel on this earth
and you are the one

understanding, honest, kind
and funny to be aside,
you make me feel so alive,
laughing so much
with my stomach getting butterflies,
not just from how i feel about you,
but much more

just like those special quirks you have,
like the first one you said,
with how you get angry like kirby inside,
how your emotions get you to slide,
but with care and delicacy,
i'll allow you to confide,
so it'll only be an honour to make you mine,

or when you told me you
would buy your family things
and put them ahead of yourself,
it shows that you've grown with the trauma,
and grown with your pain,
that even in those circumstances,
you heart remains in place

you're special to so many hearts,
you're a daughter of your parents
who love you ever so much,
and cherished by ones
who regard you so highly
you deserve to be treated in such a way,
that reminds you of what
care and understanding really means

despite saying you have flaws,
and days where you don't feel pretty,
your imperfections make you who you are,
i wouldn't change them for anyone,
your scars are gorgeous,
cuts that bleed but you still repair me
if only you know how much you mean,
you'd cry a river

wouldn't change you at all,
not for the stars,
not for the sky,
you know that right?
