This one is not that popular, but some find it very good!
It's based on the raven method.
These are the steps:
- calm down and raise your vibrations (you can meditate, listen to some subliminals or theta waves etc.)
- when you feel calm, lay down and close your eyes
- count from 1 to 100 while saying affirmations between the numbers
- once you finish, and your body feels disconnected from this reality, start to move your eyes back and forth (while they are still closed)
- as you keep on doing the previous step, you'll start to see a light.. keep moving your eyes until you feel like you're shifting.. once you do, start focusing on the smell or sound of your DR
- you should be in your DR when you open your eyes
