The prophecy of the island Kels isn't what Ande expected, and that's putting it lightly. It's going to reshape the way the Shalda interact with the islanders, each other, and maybe even the ocean at large... once they can figure out what it actually means.

Solving that mystery is going to require a trip to one of the ocean's oldest Kel cities, in the company of someone capable of reading what the Kels' ancient ancestors wrote on their walls. There are only two options, but which one presides will set the course of the war that will break out overhead the moment the Alliance attacks.

It's a task that can't be accomplished alone. But the moment Ande, Taiki, and Sar involve themselves in the surface waters again, there's no going back.
