12.Rituals

Nessie's POV

Everyone gathered in the living room in 3 seconds.I and Jake were sitting togrther on the couch after a lond time,he wrapped his one hand on my shoulder.Uncle Jasper were sitting with Aunt alice,trying to calm her down.Everyone else were standing still,like statues.

"What did you see Alice?"Mom hesitated. 

"The voultri has Evan and Emma."Aunt Alice said.

"What?Why?"

"I dont know,the vision was blurry."Aunt Alice sighed.

Why did they capture Evan and Emma,what had they done?Or is it because of me?A million situations came to my mind,each indicating this is all because of me.

"No Nessie,its not your fault."Dad said,reading my mind.

"The next flight is tomorrow morning."Grandpa announced after hangigng up his phone.

"Dont worry they will be fine,I guess."Jacob told me.I nodded.

We reached Italy.The sun was shinning brightly.We all were sitting in cars with windows preventing people outside to see our sparkling skin.Jake sat by my side the whole time,whenever I would sparkle a little,he would look at me and smile or would say  'You look so beautiful.' 'I missed you.'

We reached a tower with a big clock.

"Protect my daughter."Mom told Jacob.He nodded.There were no people around.The road was empty.We all except Jake had covered our whole body with scarfs and hoods and whatever possible.The interior looked beautiful but he people livinf inside were cruel.Everything was ancient and antique.

"Welcome."Felix said as we entered.We all silently walked behind him.Jake held my hand tightly.

There were two huge doors,with little carving on them,which Felix opened harshly.As we entered,there was a dome above and Aro,Marcus and Caius were sitting on one side like kings.Aro got up on seeing us.

"Greetings,my dear friends."He said in his strange accent.

"Hello Aro."Grandpa said grinning.

"Carlilse,we were expecting you this afternoon,is there any reason for your early arrival?"Aro said looking at us.

"We belive you have the witch and the warlock."Grandpa said.

"Indeed,we do."Aro said smiling.

"Little Rensmee has grown into a beautiful young woman."Aro said smiling a me.

"Hello Aro."I said going towards him.Jake walked behind me.I touched his cheek showing him that Evan and Emma were innocent.

"I know they are innocent,I hav them here because I require them to help me."He said.

"Help?"

"We acknowleged that you had witch and warlock friends,we need them to perform a very important ritual."He said in that accent again.Im never going to get used to it.

"Which Ritual?"I asked.

"You look so tired,it might have been a long journey for you, why dont you and the shapeshifter have lunch with the witch and warlock,there are a  few humans living with us at this moment,they have cooked delicous food."He said changing the topic.But I cant leave my family here alone,what if he does something to them.I looked at Dad,he might have read my and Aro's mind.He nodded at me.

"Jane,show them the way."He odered.She nodded.Jake held my hand,and we followed her.I glanced at my family,feeling unsure if I will ever see them again.

After climbing 2 flights of stairs,Jane left us alone.There was a a Beautifully carved door,I opened it and inside the room was Emma and Evan.As soon as Emma saw me,she hugged me tightly.

"Are you all right,Tell me EVERYTHING."I said.

"Oh Nessie,I was so worried about you,are you all right?"Evan asked.He looked the same,he was wearing the same T-shirt which he was wearing that day at the restraunt and so did Emma.

"Im fine,what about you?"I asked hesitately.

"Im all right."He said.

"How did you both end up here?"Jake asked.

"We were sort of um....kidnaped,not kidnapped i dont know,maybe we were drugged,when I opened my eyes,I was in this room."Emma said.

"Did you ask them the reason why they have you here?"Jake asked.She shook her head.

Out of nowhere a woman,who was human,atleast her scent was opened the door.

"Would you like to join us for lunch?"She asked grinning.

"Yes,I am starving."Evan said.

The food was really delicous,but I couldn't eat properly,I was worried about my family.I thought of the possibilities,the reason why we all were called.Was it because of me?Or something else?I was lost in my trail of thoughts when Jake patted my hand"Hey."

"Hmm."

"What happened?"He asked.

"I am worried about my family."I confessed.

"Dont worry,everything will be alright."He asurred and kissed my cheek.I nodded,though I wasn't convinced.
