Bella's POV

We returned back from the woods.Jane and Alec had come here in the woods to tell us that Aro wanted to see us in Italy,each and everyone including Jake and Nessie by the end of the week,they had specified.Alice had a vision that this was about Jacob and Nessie.The voultri did not accept their relationship- between a werewolf and a half vampire and they wanted their relationship to end or they will have to kill Nessie as they already doubt her because she is half vampire half human but they will not harm us,becuase our 'powers are too valuable'.Why does my poor Nessie always have to involved in all this crap?When I saw her,she was sobbing silently.What happened? 

'Why is Nessie crying?' I asked Edward lowering my sheild,he was a little suprised first because me lowering my sheild caught him off gaurd.'Jacob.'He mouthed.Wait.Why was she crying because of Jacob?He was there with us he left before us,I guess because he was afraid that the voultri will harm Nessie but he is not here.But then I noticed a scar on Nessie's neck.A smile formed on my face,even in such a situation.Finally,he claimed her,but then where is he now?

"Where is Jacob?"I asked Nessie as I sat besides her.

"He left."She choked and started crying even more.I hugged her immediately.What the hell.What happened to Jake?I was so confused.

After some hours,Nessie finally stopped crying.She seemed so sad,she should be.But why did he leave after claiming her?I took Nessie to her room and told her to get some sleep,so I could talk to Jacob.She could not sleep,but then Edward joined us in her room and sang her lullaby as she drifted to sleep.I took out my phone and dialed Jake's number.After 3 to 4 rings he picked up.

"Hello."I said.

"Hey Bells."He answered calmly like nothing had happened.I went downstairs because there was gonna be a lot of screaming and yelling on the phone and Nessie would wake up.

"You breakup with my daughter after claiming her and she is your fiance,you remember and you are acting like nothing has happened."I yelled,I couldn't help it,it was my daughter he was doing all this too.

"Its for her saftey."He said his voice a little stiffened.

"What?"

"If we will be together the voultri will...kill her.If we are not together atleast she will be....alive."He said.

"How are you so sure thats going to happen, Alice's vision are not always true."I reminded him.

"I know....still its better if we stay apart for some time though its killing me.I have claimed her so she is mine now but my main job is to protect her than staying with her."

"Its killing her too."

"I know."He sighed.

"You are comming to school right.... you know to keep an eye on her,you once told me you couldn't stay away from her even for a day so..."I said,I din't want Jake to keep an eye or whatever on Nessie but they had to meet,once they would meet everything could be solved,I guess.

"Ya,I will come but from La Push I wont be staying over at your house anymore."Jake said.

"Ok."

"Please dont tell anything to Nessie,let her think im a Jerk..at least it will keep her safe.Bye Bells."He said.

"Bye Jake see you tommorow."I said and then I hung up.

Nessie's POV

I got up in the afternoon.I still couldn't figure out why did Jake do this,did I do something wrong,did something happen with the voultri?When I asked Mom she said the voultri just wanted to see us by the end o f the week.I know they were hiding something from me but I want to talk with someone now,since I always talk to Jake about everything,now im feeling too lonley.I just stayed in the bed all day,even my dinner, I ate on my bed.I tried calling Jake but he did not pick up even once until once he picked up.

"Hello."He answered totally normally.

"Jake?"I asked nervously.

"Yeah.Wassup Nessie?"He said.Why is he acting like a this?

"Umm you know I just got dumped."

"Oooh.So why did you call?"He asked.

"Stop playing around Jake,why did you claim me and then just left ?Does that mean we are over?"I asked,hoping his answer to be no.

"Yes,we are over."He said,but I could feel he was sad about this.This felt like a punch in my stomach.Tears rolled down my cheeks.I was his imprint how could he just breakup with me and then why did he claim me?I have so many questions,and he is just playing around.

"Okay."I said trying to sound it normal but I know i was way more than normal.

"See you tommorow.Bye Ness."He said.So,he was comming to school.But why? If he does not want to be with me.I know he still loves me and there might be a reason for him doing all this.If he wants to play around,Im in, Jake.

"Bye Jake."I said.
