my phone was buzzing at least 3 times a minute. people keep attacking me, hitting me blow after blow without giving me a chance to stand up. my phone was under a stack of pillows, and i was on the other side of the bed, shaking. tears were running down my cheeks, and my oversized clothes were making me warm. i feel.. unsafe. i reach for my phone with a shaky hand, and call alexis. he picks up.
"hello?"
i could barely get through my words without sniffling.
i blubbered through sentences, but he knew what to do. i hear a knock on my door, and when i open it, alexis immediately hugs me, almost knocking me onto the bed. he's so good at comforting people.
