Jeremiah's POV
After we all pulled away from Lena I sat back in my chair and began thinking she said she couldn't find micha or his people does that mean she knows what he's a part of and what we do too I looked at my boys who were deep in thought processing everyone Lena just told us eventually I saw all of their eyes widen and they looked too me then too Lena I nodded understanding what they were questioning and it seemed Michael caught on as he looked me dead in the eyes and spoke up "yes she knows" I looked at him shocked "how much does she know?" I questioned him he looked at Lena as she sighed "papa I know everything about micha I was a part of his gang he found me at a street fight and we became close I'd help him sometimes" we all looked at her wide eyed but does that mean she knows about us

Sensing my thoughts she spoke up "I know the last name Fairchild was one of our allies who were much more powerful than us and that micha was loyal to them I saved your arses a few times when I overheard plans of your death I told micha who in turn told you you're welcome by the way" at this micha laughed and began too talk "I was wandering if you'd figured it out yet" she smiled "I don't know all the details but I'm assuming you're a part at the mafia so you can't judge me for the role I played in michas gang"

I sighed and looked at her "sweetheart I won't judge you I'm upset you had too live like that but we all have Our secrets and that's okay you're here with us and safe now do you hate us for what we do?" She just shook her head "boys papa I couldn't hate you you're the only family I've got plus I'm aware you have morals and don't partake in the darker side of things" I nodded and smiled in relief as did all the boys

Adams POV
"Lena now you know you'll have too be sworn in and have the tattoo just like all of us I hope you understand it's not that we don't trust you it's just the rules" my father nodded sadly once you're sworn in you can never get out you'll always be a part of this world "Adam she's only 16 she shouldn't be a part of this world yet"Leon practically screamed while walking over too her as she began laughing and looking at micha who smirked

"What's so funny Tesoro?" She looked at me and smiled "I don't mind getting the family mark but I already have the mark of omertà you forget already that I was once your Allie everyone in the gang was sworn in even me" I looked at her shocked as did my brothers and atticus snorted "there's no way you were sworn in where's your tattoo" she shook her head lifted her sleeve slightly where a thick bracelet was wrapped around her wrist it was leather and cotton with different colours she took the bracelet off and showed us her tattoo we hadn't even noticed

"You have it in the same place as me and Asher"I breathed out looking at her in awe she's one of us more than we ever knew she smiled at me happily "so when will I get the other one" she spoke softly" I kept smiling looking at her "now you know you have too come too the gala where all mafias meet it's in two weeks you must have it by then and you'll be introduced too our allies along with other mafia families and gangs" she looked at me nodded

Lena's POV
Well today was a lot some secrets were kept while others were spilt and since I was getting our family trade mark I definitely didn't want them too know my secret I looked at them in thought and spoke "I'm confused I know you're a mafia and powerful but I don't know which i assumed at first Italian because that seems too be our mother tongue but I don't think you are the Italian mafia" my father breathed out laughing slightly "we're the biggest mafia the American mafia but you're grandparents own the Italian mafia with your uncle they were your mothers parents and mine the Russian mafia" I looked at him taken back "holy shit you guys are powerful as hell"

Everyone looked at me and laughed slightly "well that wasn't what I was expecting but here we are I'll get the tattoo next week if that's okay?" I asked looking towards Adam who nodded at me and smiled which I returned then atticus spoke "you really want her too be a part of our world and show her too everyone we'll be putting her in danger are you crazy" he shouted out the last line and I just shook my head as did micha who defended me "listen she already has a target on her back to the other families will find out about her eventually and she's not weak so chill out" atticus just huffed in annoyance

"Michael is right atticus calm down we need too introduce her to our family anyways she'll be well protected you need too calm down" papa spoke softly as atticus ran his fingers through his hair and just walked out Adam called after him "leave him cool off I'll check on him later" I spoke softly they all just nodded "I've got some work too do is it okay if I go now?" Everyone nodded and micha walked out with me and sighed in relief "well that went better than expected" he laughed out and I nodded in agreement "thank you for going along with me you're a life saver" he smiled at me and hugged me "any time little fighter I'll always be here I've got too go now I'll see you toommorow" I nodded and waved goodbye

Walking into my room I let out another breath at least they didn't know I thought now too do homework and distract myself from everything oh the joys of high school after a while I got tired and fell asleep at my desk I felt strong arms under my legs and under my head lift me up and put me on my bed I snuggled into the blankets "I may not show it but I love and cherish you Tesoro I'll always do my best to protect you" atticus spoke with a shaky voice kissing my forehead and walking out at that I fell into a deep slumber
