Lena's POV I felt the world creeping back in rocking back and forth in the car I awoke too be greeted too asher looking at me pained I just sat there not moving or speaking not that I had the will too There were so many emotions swirling around but at the same time I was numb yet pained my entire past coming forward in my mind I was shrinking back into myself internally having a panic attack but my outward self remained blank the cars came too a stop my family got out walking too the house my aunt looked at me picking my arm up bringing me out of the car walking me into my grandpa and Nonnas home with me numbly walking on soon we were inside and navigated towards the family room my aunt sat me on the sofa and looked at me full of worry I just stared absentmindedly back at her not moving my limbs at the side of me hanging limply it seemed as though time was jumbled my whole mind reeling I wanted too scream but nothing came out
Jeremiah's POV Once in my father in laws home we all went too the family room where her aunt took her we all stopped and looked at her she looked exhausted and stared at nothing her eyes looked almost empty it was terrifying "she's in shock papa" leon spoke too me while Damian took a seat next too her along with adran each taking one of her hands in their own she didn't even blink just continued staring at nothing in particular "alexie call our family explain the situation too them ask Adam too fill you in on the rest of the threats we need then here lena needs them" I looked too my nephew and he nodded looking back at lena slightly disheartened
Francesco came up too me patting me on the back "she's a tough one she'll get through this she just needs too process we've all lost someone we love before" I nodded in reply still staring at my daughter I know she's tough but something like this must have triggered so many awful memories for her my little star she doesn't deserve this and too make matters worse there were threats looming over our entire family the youngest from each family received threats too weaken us I suppose our enemies knew how strong Lena was and want too break her in order too break and weaken us but they are so very wrong she's stronger than us all and the strongest when she has us all and we're all going too get her through this
Adams POV Once me and alexie called our family they immediately said they'd be back as soon as possible despite not even being back in Russia for long that is how much our little sweetheart means too us grandpa was cursing on the other side of the phone stating he was coming out of retirement until he cut down each of those who threaten our princess and our family we are not too be messed with instead of weakening us they awoke a burning fire and passion in us too protect our own even out guards were preparing they all loved and had a bond with Lena as she'd talk and train with them often so instead of us being worried these sick people should be prepared for the hell that's about too rain on them
Adrans POV When we all burst into that school I saw Lena on the floor crumpled into that friend of hers arms another boy in front of her that didn't matter at the minute my chest constricted when she looked into our direction her eyes still had tears pouring out fear and pain swirled in them this was the second time I ever saw her cry except this time it was so much worse there was nothing I could do too make it all better it pained me too even think she was in pain I knew as soon as I met her how much I cared for her it was an instant connection but I was worried I can't have a weakness I soon learned my mistake she was an asset a strength for our family so as I sat there with her her hand in my own and her unmoving it scared me more than the crying and the emotions I wanted her too scream cry cling too us and let us console her but she sat there blankly which infuriated me why was no one doing anything
"Leon what are you doing just stood there help her do something she needs us now"I practically yelled at him my frustration clear in my voice "cousin calm down she's in shock we need to wait for it too pass what just happened too her is deeply traumatising" he spoke calmly too me but the pain in his voice was evident just then adam and alexie walked in and didn't even want to look in our direction suddenly Lena took in a sharp intake of breath and another and kept doing it her breathing erratic I panicked pulling her closer too me her ear pressed against my chest as I stroked her hair "I'm sorry I'm so sorry it's okay little one I'll make it better I'm here we're here shhh" I cooed at her whispering slightly her breathing calmed down slightly and she broke into a fit of sobs clutching too my shirt fisting in her hands "I want Maria I didn't save her I didn't she needed me and I couldn't even protect her" she whimpered out and I just held her too me tighter
Leon's POV Seeing my sorella in that state clutched too adran pulled on my heartstrings making my heart hurt more and more I was proud of him he stopped her panick attack which I could tell shocked most of us but still did nothing too calm our hearts which were aching for our little star eventually the sobbing made her sick I grabbed the small trash can and put it front of her as she was sick pulling her hair out of her face as Damian rubbed her back atticus looked me in my eyes and I nodded towards papa he understood and went too him I needed the sedative now she was going too make herself so ill if this carried on her body and mind was exhausted she needed rest just for now in preparation for toommorow when everything would truly kick in for her papa and atticus walked over papa handed me the sedative moving her hair too one side as I was about too put it in her neck both Damian and adran looked shocked and tried too protest atticus restrained Damian as best he could papa tried the same with adran but both he and alexie had too subdue him lena looked up at me and just nodded she understood in that moment even in her state I smiled at her sadly kissing her on the forehead and administrating the sedative and she soon fell limp on my shoulder letting go of the boys everyone stepped back I laid Lena down carefully and nonna put a blanket over her and the boys started shouting angrily "shut up even she understood what was happening she nodded telling me too do it she needs her rest toommorow will most likely be the worst day of her life but at least she will have her entire family here now go too your rooms and ensure you all eat make sure valerio is okay too" I screamed at them all everyone looked down and obliged not used too me being so loud and aggressive with them toommorow will be a long day but at least we will be there for her I thought too myself
