The first night "home"

Lena's POV
(This is a nightmare/flashback)
Please I was begging them no more I was on the floor slumped over clutching my ribs and coverd in blood they had both flew into a drug infused rage and as soon as I walked through the door had pounced on me amber my foster mother threw the first blow slapping me across the with such force that I'd felt my entire left side of my face throbbing Phil had then dragged me by my hair and flung me backwards into the front door as I slid down I felt blood dripping from the back of my head amber dragged me back up a murderous glint in her eyes pummelling me in my stomach and ribs they took turns too hit me until Phil had elbowed me in the cheekbone I crumbled too the floor gasping for air but with each intake of air I was screaming out in pain my ribs were definitely broken the pain was unbearable "please no more I'm begging you no please no "
I was just screaming on repeat it was my last night in that hell hole but this feels too real I was trapped and dying I was fighting against someone I felt a death like grip on my wrists pushing me down and the same on my ankles and a voice shouting me it was familiar it sounded like Leon but that was impossible how was he here ?

Adams POV

My eyes shot open and I was wide awake I sat up abruptly confused too as why I was awake and then I heard the most horrific sound and my heart leapt too my throat there was a blood curdling scream coming from the room next door Lena I thought too myself as I threw off the covers and ran out of bed and burst through her door and hear a barrel of footsteps close behind and the Scene in front of me just broke me in more ways than words can describe Lena's small pale figure was fighting against her covers as if someone was there and she was screaming the same words "please stop no more please no no no" her tear stained face was scrunched up into a frown I was beyond scared Leon was the first to spring into action throwing the covers off her and shouting her name saying she was safe but she was fighting in her sleep I ran and pinned down her wrists while Asher stood with wide eyes and followed too dothe same with her ankles we kept her still while Leon tried too wake her and we made sure she wasn't hurting herself Atticus just stood in her door in shock fear was written all over his face I had never seen him like this not in years suddenly Lena's eyes shot open she looked at us with wide eyes and panicking her eyes looking from me too Asher and Leon when she saw Leon I saw relief wash over her but was soon replaced by fear when she realised we were all in her room and she just broke down into sobs and her breathing quickened and she was suddenly clawing at her chest

I'd seen this before she was having a panick attack I pushed Asher and Leon away from her much too their dismay and grabbed her holding her too my chest telling her too listen too my heart beat trying too soothe her as ran my fingers through her hair tucking a piece behind her ear there there my little sweetheart I cooed as her breathing became more shallow she was clinging too my tear stained shirt slowly relaxing until her grip became lose and I noticed her falling too sleep once again "everyone out now go back too bed I will stay with Lena you all need sleep " I ordered while looking at the alarm clock with read 4:07 am reluctantly each of my brothers went back too their own rooms while I settled myself and Lena into the covers for her too sleep

I had no idea what had just happened but I am going too find out I was distressed beyond words I'd have too call father and tell him what happened but what had happened? I was dumbstruck and had no idea I've never seen anything like this before but it was clear in this small girls eyes that she was petrified was it because of us? Was she afraid too meet us? I kept questioning myself and blaming the transition was she really that afraid too be here ? I would have too ensure she would not fear us and reassure her she has nothing too fear here that we are her family and she's finally home where she belongs

She's going too be okay I reassured myself before I finally succumbed too my tiredness and fell asleep with my little sister wrapped in my arms this felt right I was so happy that we finally had her here with us all

I will attempt to write longer chapters and further on you will learn the background of each character the next chapter will be about Lena's first day with her brothers and seeing her new home
