I start to actually think if this study session is more than just a study session. Could it possibly be more than 2 people making up late work and getting credits. Two imperfect perfect teenagers, The top notch Valley fighter and the girl who happens to be in junior classes as a sophomore.

I turn to face Eli who is standing there with the smallest smirk on his face laughing with Miguel. His mohawk standing tall as so does he, his white long sleeve shirt covering his arms while his black tee shirt on top of that. The small bruise on his cheekbone right below his eye sitting purple on his face.

Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz

"Let's go dance" Moon interfered with my train of thought

We head to where the speakers are located so we can get the actual taste of the music flow through our body. Moon and I are dancing to our favorite song, when the whole group decides to join in.

"Got the moves?" Miguel teases all of us

"Please not like me" Moon says defending her dancing skills

We're all in cringe at our "roasting" while we're all messing around with one another. The cringe dancing and roasting continues when I get the rush of heat take over my body.

"Guys ima go take a quick breather" I say as I excuse myself from the circle of dancing teenagers

"Hey wait up i'll come with" Eli says handing his cup to Mitch

I turn around to be greeted by speed walking Eli

We walk for a bit when we're near the water a bit far from where everyone else is. The night sky is above our heads while the thin sand and rocks combined are under our shoes. The cold breeze pushing against our hot bodies from all the movement we just had. The smell of firewood, lake water, pine trees running through our nose.

Eli and I stand in silence while facing the lake besides each other. Silence seems to be our thing, either to get interrupted or one of breaking the silence. I can hear his calm breathing while the distant music is playing.  Eli leans down to grab a small pebble and throw it at the lake making the small pebble skip.

"Talent" I smile at Eli

He turns around with his proud smile after nailing his rock skipping skill.

"Here why don't you do it?" Eli bends down for another pebble and hands it over to me

"Prepare to fear the skipping of Mia" I laugh in embarrassment

Only to throw the pebble and drowning in the first throw.

We both laugh at my failure while Eli bends once again to pick a perfectly flat rock and hands it over to me.

"Here let Hawk help you" Eli refers to himself in a cocky smirk

"Okay grab the rock with your fingers and palm, shift your hips this way" Eli kindly places his soft hands on my hips shifting them away from the lake

My body gets this electric shock while the same knot appears which causes my knees to tenses up for no reason.

"Lift this leg up when you're about to throw" Eli taps the side of me left thigh with his fingertips softly

"When you're ready just let your wrist and hips do all the work" Eli takes a few steps back to observe

I do as he says and let my wrist and hips do all the work as I smoothly throw the flat pebble making it skip 6 times which is more than what Eli did

I stand in shock when it comes to my attention I just skipped a rock on water

"Oh Mylanta" I jump up and down in joy of the accomplishment I just achieved

"Mia you just skipped a rock" Eli comes up to me and hugs me as he places his arms around me lifting me up from the ground

We're facing each other while are bodies are connected, our faces only a few inches away, my toes tippy toeing, our breathing getting intense at the realization of us holding one another. Eli's hand on my back holding me close to his chest. I see his kind innocent blue eyes connect with mine.

"Eli"

"Mia"

We are having our..moment

"Sam!" I hear Moon and Miguel scream at the same time causing our daze break when I see Sam grabbing roughly at some girl who I can't see clearly

I run with no hesitation leaving Eli behind me to run afterwards. I make it quickly trying to separate Sam from this girl she's attacking. When out of no where I get sucker punched on my nose causing me to stumble on my feet when Eli catches me and stands me up straight.

"Mia are you okay? Wait here" Eli says nervous

I'm holding my massive bloody nose while Miguel, and Mitch are pulling Sam away from the girl.

"Tory let go of Sam" Kyler says

"You kissed my boyfriend" Sam says madly trying to break out of Mitches grip meanwhile Miguel is creating a boarder between what seems to be the girls name Tory and Sam.

"Kyler kissed me you bitch" Brucks and Hawk holding Tory back before the fight can get any bigger.

"Mia are you okay?" Moon places napkins on my nose catching all the blood smeared on the bottom half of my face

"What is going on?" I ask worried for my friends

As I ask my question I hear the sound of police sirens in the far background. I see the sight of teenagers in fear running all over the place when Tory says

"This isn't the last of it LaRusso" Tory runs away with Brucks and Kyler behind her

Hawk immediately grabs my arm and places his hand on my back to stand me up and says

"We have to go come on" Eli grips my hand as we run to our car

We make it to the car taking notice all of our friends are in their cars pulling away, Eli opens my door and shoves me in while he hands me my seatbelt and shuts the door quickly as he darts to the drivers sids of the car. Eli starts the car and quickly places his arm on the head of the seat to pull out carefully yet darting out the "parking space"

"I'm sorry Mia but i'm gonna have to speed" Eli apologize

"It's okay." I say rubbing my nose with the back of my hand

Eli speeds quickly through the road fleeing the scene while on the other side of the road is the police zooming to the pier.

"I'm taking you home Mia" Eli says while taking a look at my nose
