Today's the day of the field trip and I couldn't be more excited. Not only does everyone in my grade get to go to an amusement park, but I also want to tell Eli I love him. I look around in the crowd for Eli, but I couldn't find him.
"Alright everyone on the bus," Counselor Blatt said and Miguel, Demetri, Aisha, and I boarded the bus. Miguel sat with Samantha, Demetri sat with Aisha, and I sat alone waiting for Eli.
My seat sunk as Brucks sat next to me. I rolled my eyes and said, "That seat is taken." "I didn't see anyone sitting in it cutie." He said thinking he was funny. I rolled my eyes and texted Eli.
Kat- Hey are you almost here Brucks just sat next to me on the bus :(
Eli- Yeah, sorry my mom would not stop talking, I'll be there as fast as I can.
Kat- Great, I'll try to get rid of him.
Eli- Here's this until I get there.

I smiled at my phone enjoying Eli's face until Brucks opened his big fat mouth. "Woah, you're dating the kid with the lip. Dude, talk about a charity case." Anger instantly waved throughout my body and I stomped as hard as I could on Bruck's foot.
To my relief, Eli just boarded the bus. I got up and waved to him and he came down the aisle. "Excuse me, that's my seat," Eli said. Brucks jumped out and got in Eli's face. "What did you say freak?" Brucks spat.
I looked towards Miguel, but he was too consumed with Samantha. I rolled my eyes and took the opportunity to get out of my seat, grab Eli, and was lucky enough to find a seat for us.
"God, I hate that guy," I said as I crossed my arms. I looked to my right and saw Eli was slightly tearing up. "Hey, don't listen to anything Brucks said. He's a jerk and I think you're the cutest boy I've ever seen." I say as I kissed his cheek.
He looked at me surprised by my words, "You really think that?" He asked with glossy eyes. "Yes, I love you, Eli." Eli stared into my eyes, as I did his until he spoke. "I love you too Kat." Right after that, his lips crashed into mine. We kissed for a good thirty seconds until Counselor Blatt got onto us.
We laughed as he took his hand in mine. I snuggled into his chest as we held hands. Throughout the ride, we listened to music together and watched funny videos. When we arrived I excitedly grabbed Eli's hand and rushed out of the bus and met up with the others.
"Where to first?" I ask everyone. "Sam and I are going to go off together," Miguel said. Aisha rolled her eyes, "Kat are you and Eli going off yourselves too?" She asked. "Later on I would like to, but for now I don't mind staying grouped up," I reply.
"Great, then we will be stuck as the third wheels, or third and fourth wheel I should say," Demetri said. "Bumper cars first?" I ask. Everyone agreed and we raced to the cars.

I found a car that was pink and instantly snatched it. Eli got into a red car, Demetri got into a green car, and Aisha got into a yellow car. Just as everyone was about to start lights started flashing and music came on.
"Oh, I love this song!" I said enthusiastically. Eli looked over and smiled, I smiled back. As soon as it started I went for Aisha. "Oh, it is on," She said and I let out a playful scream. Aisha bumped me sending me into the curb, but I was able to gain control and keep going.
Eli instantly went for her and bumped her. Demetri then bumped Eli. Everyone was having the time of their lives until I noticed Kyler and Brucks. Of course, Miguel isn't here to help.
I nod my head towards them and Aisha catches on and nods back. She started to bump Kyler to try and get him to spin out. Brucks went to Eli and tried to make him crash. "Hope you don't get too attached to your girl, soon she'll realize what a freak you are," Brucks said to Eli.
Eli then swerved his car into his, but that didn't do too much. "Oh, you got some fire in you yet huh shit lip?" Brucks said. Eli was focused on his words and wasn't able to anticipate Brucks's next move.
Brucks slammed into Eli's car and sent him spinning, eventually, Eli gained control but now it was me who was closest to Brucks, and by god, I was going to make him pay.
