Chapter One: ''The Meeting''

TW : Small anxiety/panic attack

Katelyn's first day at the Blue Moon Laboratorium, starts off with a simple introduction with a few other scientists before she goes off and meet the bosses of the BMLABS.

First introduction was with Kai and Yorick, then she met Alex, Quackity as he goes by, and Karl. Anthony, who goes by Ant here, sat somewhere alone in the background reading one of the files but Katelyn didn't care.

After being picked up by Anna, the right-hand around here she had her first introduction with Schlatt. They did not have the nicest introduction.

They then arrive at the main office of Amber, boss of this facility. The meeting was more or less getting to know how things worked around here.

They then head out to meet the SCP's Katelyn will be monitoring Niki and Jack. The fire and water of the facility. Since they were the weakest out of them all, HQ thought it was a good idea for the newbie to monitor the weakest ones.

Upon meeting them Anna decides for Katelyn to meet the other SCP's, since some have a hard time adjusting to new people out of the blue.

After that, they go back to the scientist rooms where Katelyn would be staying. She had a chamber alone, and decided to try on her lab coat, hers was red, matching her profile colour.

It then occurred to her that all the others had the same kind of lab coat as her, yet with other colours.

After looking at her last SCP for the night, and giving Karl to do the night shift with Dream, Amber headed towards her own chamber, while finding a liquor smelling Schlatt.

Upon once again getting over her intense disappointment, she headed with a wasted Schlatt towards the reserved confined container like box, and let Schlatt get sober there, since he has a bad trait of getting abusive when he's buzzed.

Wondering why she hadn't fired him before, she realised he came from his SCP's direction, and quickly rushed over to make sure he didn't hurt them while being wasted.

Arriving there, she let out a relieved sigh after seeing none of the SCP's were hurt. In all honesty, Schlatt wouldn't have been able to actually hurt the SCP's Jack and Fundy, since they would never go down easy to a wasted person.

Jack and Fundy... The fox and the blaze-like man, quite the interesting couple they were. Fundy, the heartbroken man whose heart got broken by Mr.Blob, also better known as Dream, or Clay, whatever you prefer. Though if you like your life, call him Clay.

Jack on the other hand was not a victim of Dream's little heartbreak streak. Amber never really knew much about Jack apart from the files Schlatt reported.

Stepping out of the floor containing Jack and Fundy, Amber finally went to her chamber to get some rest. Tomorrow she would have to teach the new girl all about what to do and what not to do.

I saw her giving the nightshift to Karl, interesting since she knows Karl will be off to see Sapnap. I haven't seen him in awhile, How's he been?..

Dream started into the darkness as the door closed behind Karl as he left to see Sapnap. He'd gotten used to the darkness since every once in a while it would return. He hated it.

He'd never really been a fan of the darkness before, especially since it was all he saw after his parents gave him up after realising he was.. well, one of those SCP's. He despised it, he wanted to be normal, live a normal life, but no. Of course it couldn't be that way, nono he had to be different.

He remembers that night clear as day, he got up in the middle of the night due to his parents talking to some other people right outside his and his sisters door. He gets out of bed, walks over to his sisters bed when the door opens with a loud bang. The people wearing lab coats from the looks of it came rushing in and yelling. Before he knew anything they were all surrounding him, and taking him to an armoured van.

Before the door closes he sees his little sister, struggling to get to him, and then he looks up to his parents who couldn't even look him in the eyes, as to when it then turns dark.

It has been exactly 8 years, 6 months, 12 days since that happened. He hasn't seen his sister since that happened.. Does she even still remember him? He was removed completely from their lives. He was sure she did not remember.

The morning routine was Anna's job this morning. She first went to go check on her SCP's, her absolute favourites. After that, she went over to all the others and as she walked into Sapnap's room her eyes widened upon seeing Karl here. Wasn't he supposed to be watching Dream?

She quickly rushes out trying to find the breakfast trays, grabbing Dream's food and continues rushing over to Dream. When she opens the door she's met by a fully darkened room with soft and quiet smacking against a wall.

After lighting the rooms up, Dream looks at Anna with relief upon finally being saved from the darkness that feels so comfortable yet so terrifying. He doesn't hear her talking but he knows she's getting another person in here.

She walks up to the door, opening it and handing Dream the steak, while apologizing. As she closes the door, the main door opens what reveals Quackity with an upset George. Dream seems to notice too and as the door opens they embrace each other, basically never wanting to let go. A little later Sapnap joins them, accompanied by Karl who was sent to Amber immediately by Anna.
