Chapter 13

Day 2:
By the time Hinata woke up, he was in the same bedroom he was the previous morning.

He turned over to see Kageyama wasn't there.

'Oh... that's strange? He must be somewhere around here!' He thought.

He took the covers off himself and stood up onto the wooden floor. It creaked a little.

He was wearing one of Kageyamas black shirts. It looked like a dress on Hinata.

He made his way downstairs. Yesterday after his random outburst of courage, Kageyama seemed to be even more drawn to him.

'I wonder why...' Hinata thought.

Just as he entered the kitchen, a sweet sensation of the smell of pancakes tickled his nose.

"Mmm~ What's that smell?" Hinata asked, entering the room.

He looked over to the oven where Kageyama was stood, flipping the pancakes in the pan.

He was humming to the songs coming on the radio.

Hinata smiled to himself.

'Wait a moment...' He thought to himself.

His smile widened.

'I'll sweet talk him over, then maybe tomorrow, he will let me out!'

His eyes widening and he felt a sense of accomplishment run through his body.

He snapped back to reality.

Hinata straightened himself up and walked to the taller male.

It seemed that he was in his own world.

Hinata appeared behind him.

He wrapped his arms round the Raven haired boys neck and shoulders.

Kageyama stopped moving and stood still. His humming stopped too.

He started to blush more and more.

"H-Hinata?" He stuttered.

Hinata giggled.

"Good morning Kageyama-Kun!" He said in a
sing song voice.

Kageyama swallowed.

Hinata giggled again.

"Who knew that you of all people would get flustered?" He said, putting his chin on Kageyamas shoulder.

Kageyama took a deep breath and turned around.

He slid his hands under Hinatas thighs and lifted him up.

"E-eh?!" Hinata stuttered as he was lifted up.

He looked down to the floor.

He was afraid of heights.

Considering his incredible jumping power, he didn't like being up high.

He never normally looked down when he was jumping.

Hinata groaned and stuffed his face into Kageyamas chest.

"I hate you" he groaned.

"You know I hate heights!" He added, digging his finger nails into his shirt.

Kageyama chuckled.

He then placed his head near Hinatas ear.

"Then, don't tease me then pumpkin~" he said whispering it in his ear.

Hinatas eyes widened.

He pushed Kageyamas face away.

Hinata looked up, still holding his face.

Kageyama reached up and touched the smaller males hand.

They held each other's gaze for a while, before the taller male leaned in.

Hinata was about to lean in to until something caught his attention.

"Do you smell that?" He said, looking round the room.

They both looked over to the stove.

"Ah! Shit!" Shouted Kageyama, placing Hinata down.

"I could've swarm I turned it off!" He said turning the stove off and taking a rather burnt pancake out of it.

Hinata laughed as he threw the black circle in the bin.

Kageyama and Hinata were now sitting on the couch.

They were watching a horror film.

"This is quite scary Kags..." whispered a terrified small person from under the blanket.

Kageyama laughed.

Just then, his phone started to vibrate.

*Ring* *Ring*

This made Hinata jump and huddle in the corner of the couch.

"Hinata it's ok! It's just my phone!" He said reassuringly, pulling out the vibrating phone.

"See?" He added.

He opened and saw the name:
Sugawara-Senpai.

Kageyama sighed, knowing that if he missed one more phone call they'd start to get suspicious.

He motioned for Hinata to be quiet as he answered the phone.

He walked out the room.

Kageyama: Hi Sugawara.

Sugawara: Finally, what's been going on.

Kageyama: Just trying to get plenty of rest,                     that's all...

Sugawara: Yea, I understand this must be hard for you...

Kageyama:...

Sugawara: On the bright side, Hinata mother came, saying that Hinata is fine, however he can't come home!

Kageyama: I-I mean that's brilliant! D-do you know where he is?

Sugawara:... no

Kageyama covered the phone, before sighing from relief.

He took his hand away from the phone and carried on talking.

Kageyama:... That's... horrible.

Sugawara: I know, you get plenty of rest, keep going strong Kags.

Kageyama: Thank you, see you soon.

*Beep*

Kageyama put his phone on the table.

He walked back in the room and sat down.

"Who was that?" Hinata asked.

Kageyama sighed.

"Suga..." he said.

Hinata looked away.

Kageyama looked over to the orange haired boy, they could hardly focus on the movie.

"Hinata?" Kageyama said.

Hinata looked over and saw the taller male patting the spot next to him.

He scrambled over.

"I know, I know..." he said, wrapping his arms around him and stroking his head.

"But don't worry, I'll still get you to fall for me!" He said, before laughing.

Hinata rolled his eyes.

"You big dork"
