Soft chatter filled your ears, distracting you from your thoughts and keeping your focused laced solely at the hallways in front of you where the rest of your class were waiting for your group, Iida standing in the front and practically seething with anger.
You growled softly, your body tensing as his eyes met yours, watching careful as you raised your head and your gaze hardened. The majority of the class behind him watched on nervously, afraid to be near the male considering you seemed annoyed and angered at him specifically.
Sero snickered softly, watching Kirishima and you and laughing out to Kaminari, the male shoving him back gently. "Dude, isn't this hilarious though? It's like our group is versing there's. I mean look, everyone over there from his group, besides Yao-momo."
The blonde nodded, looking around him. "Yeah, I mean if we really were about to fight, all things considered we would win." The noirette snickered and nodded, motioning behind him. "Yeah, and if Bakugou were here it would just be overkill."
You growled lowly, the soft rumble in your chest alerting the red head male beside you and causing him to give a gently squeeze to your shoulder. "Hey hey, calm down. Let me deal with this, okay?"
You clenched your jaw, staring daggers into the student reps skull. He seemed to shiver and take a step back as you glared at him, quickly becoming scared and unsure of your movements. When you reached the group, standing outside of the 1A classroom door, Kirishima tapped your back gently and removed his hand from around your shoulders, moving closer to Iida.
"Hey, dude, why are you looking so uptight?" He shook, pushing his classes up and glaring at the group behind you. "Majority of the class left without order to get to class. We had specific instructions to walk together and in order!"
Kirishima rubbed the back of his neck nervously, a small laugh leaving his lips. "Yeah, but come on dude! We only left early to get prepared. We didn't even need to be together until we walked in, and we're all here now anyway so it's fine!"
You clenched your fists, calming yourself down and silently thanking Kirishima for stepping in and helping defuse the situation. You felt a hand on your shoulder and looked over, Mina giving you a small smile.
"Hey babes! don't worry about him, okay? He's just insecure about you, that's all." You sighed softy, letting your gaze fall to the side in annoyance. "Yeah, maybe. Can we just go already? We're wasting time."
The female nodded and looked over Kirishima's shoulder, nodding towards the passing classes. "Guys? We should probably start heading off, everyone else is starting to pass us." Iida gave a deep breath and nodded, chopping his hand gently in the air.
"Everyone please file into two lines! We will head out in an orderly fashion!" You shook your head but filed in line anyway, not exactly wanting to start a fight. You felt a small nudge and watched as Todoroki came to stand next to you, giving you a soft nod.
"You feeling better after yesterday?" You nodded softly, moving with the class and heading towards the outside assembly area. "Yeah, thanks Shoto." He shrugged gently, a small smile on his face. "Of course. When you start sparring again, would you mind if I joined you. Like how we used to."
You arched an eyebrow, looking away from his gaze. Memories flooded your mind on you younger years, remembering how you and Shoto would always train and sparr together. Despite it being the hardest part of your week, you always looked forward to being in his comfort and company.
And when you looked over at the male, you could tell he felt the same way, moving closer to you and giving you a gentle smile. You had been through so much together, there was no way you would simply ignore his request. He was your best friend, after all.
