i shut my phone with a smile as we all get in the car.
"why do i have to come again?" nick asks.
"shut it mr hey mamas," cara slaps the back of his seat.
"i will fight you," nick turns around.
"where my hug at?" cara mimics him.
"i will crash this car," clay warns.
"do it, i dare you," i cheer.
"do it, do it, do it," cara cheers along with me.
"i live with children, literal CHILDREN," he groans, exasperated.
"i don't live with you, suck it nicholas," she smacks the back of his head.
"you might as well,"clay mutters, nick agreeing with him.
"you know what? you don't deserve her presence in the house," i scoff, teasing him.
"you don't even deserve to look at sofia," cara smirks.
"in fact hearing our voices right now is a BLESSING."
"this just got so weird," nick says.
"no you," cara fires back.
"who asked?"
oh no.
"WHERE ARE THE ASKERS, MY FRIEND," cara belts out.
"i should've just gone alone."
"let's move to england," cara states.

we board the plane and i breathe in relief when i realise i'm not sat next to nick or clay. clay nearly always falls asleep on flights and leans on whoever's next to him. me and cara separate ways and i groan, knowing i have to sit next to a stranger.
i take the window seat with a smile.
"hi!"
i turn around to see a girl who looks as if she's fourteen or fifteen smiling at me.
"hey," i nod my head in acknowledgment as she comes to sit next to me.
"i don't want to sound like a creepy fan or anything but i know you're dream's sister," she fidgets with her fingers nervously.
"is he here? i can cover my eyes-"
"nono, he's sat somewhere else," i laugh, immediately liking her.
"i'm delilah," she holds out her hand, her confidence immediately coming back.
"you already know my name, but hi i'm sofia," i shake her hand.
"do you want to play minecraft?"
"i can just tell we are going to have the best fucking flight ever," i smile.

"happy birthday toms!" i squeal down the phone.
"shut up. it's too early. why are you even awake?" he questions and i internally panic.
"JUST GO GET YOUR PRESENT," i yell down the phone.
"i'm going, i'm going," i could hear shuffling on his side of the phone.
"should we switch to facetime?" he asks and i quickly say no.
"after you've got your present we can," he mutters in agreement.
"okay i'm opening the door now."
there right in front of me was tommy.
i held out the wrapped present i had.
