Captain America Civil War - Lagos

3rd Person POV (Nikita Maxioff)

= Lagos =

"All right, what do you see?" Steve's voice comes through the comms

"Standard beat cops." Wanda's voice says through the comms as she sits at a diner. "Small station."

"Quiet street." Nikita says, walking on the sidewalk across the street, looking around with a hat over her head to cover some of her face

"It's a good target." Wanda says

"There's an ATM on the south corner, which means?" Steve says

"Cameras." Wanda and Nikita answer at the same time, the twins' accents sounding through the comms and having drastic differences from when Ultron was around -- while both girls' accents had lessened a little to fit in better, Nikita's accent was still stronger than Wanda's

"Both cross streets are one-way." Steve says

"So, compromised escape routes." Wanda says

"Means our guy doesn't care about being seen." Steve says. "He isn't afraid to make a mess on the way out. You see that Range Rover halfway up the block?"

"The red one?" Nikita asks, stopping and leaning against the wall as people carry stuff past her. "It's cute."

"It's also bulletproof, which means private security which means more guns which means more headaches for somebody." Natasha's voice comes over the comms. "Probably us."

"You guys know I can move things with my mind, right?" Wanda says

"Looking over your shoulder needs to become second nature." Natasha tells her

Wanda turns around and sees Natasha behind her. From where she was watching across the street, Nikita smirks

"I wouldn't smirk if I were you, Nikki." Natasha says, her gaze glancing over at the girl across the street. "I spotted you three minutes ago." Nikita huffs, propping her foot up against the wall and leaning. "And if I can see you, everyone can see you."

"Anybody ever tell you you're a little paranoid?" Sam says through the comms

"Not to my face." Natasha says. "Why? Did you hear something?"

"Eyes on target, folks." Steve says, cutting through the conversation. "This is the best lead we've had on Rumlow in six months. I don't want to lose him."

"If he sees us coming, that won't be a problem." Sam says with a scoff. "He kind of hates us."

Driving down the corner street is a large garbage truck. Nikita moves from leaning against the wall and walks over to the corner, peering down the street as the garbage truck honks and people jump out of the way

"Cap?" Nikita says through the comms

"I see it." Steve answers. "Sam... see that garbage truck? Tag it."

Redwing is deployed from Sam's suit and tags the truck

"Give me X-ray." Sam says. "That truck's loaded for max weight. And the driver's armed."

"It's a battering ram." Natasha realizes

"Go now." Steve says

"What?" Wanda asks at the same time Nikita questions, "Why?"

"He's not hitting the police." Steve says

Sure enough, the garbage truck was used as a battering ram and plows through the barrier of a high level security military disease area
