3rd Person POV
Wanda sits in the middle of Doctor Nielson and Vision (in his human facade) as Dr Nielson checks her belly with a stethoscope. Nikita sits on the chair across from the group, waiting
"Hmm." Dr Nielson hums, listening. "Hmm." He hums again to which Nikita and Wanda share a confused look. "Yep! Definitely pregnant." He exclaims
"Well, that much we figured." Nikita notes
"It's just kinda taken us by surprise. It's just kinda suddenly." Vision says. "Quite suddenly, wasn't it? I mean, practically overnight. I mean...How did this happen?"
"You see, when a man and a woman love each other very much..." Dr Nielson says
"Well, we're just tickled pink, or blue." Wanda says, standing up with Vision
"You're at about four months now." Dr Nielson says. "Is that right?" Wanda nods while Vision shakes his head no before changing to a nod. "I thought as much. We let the little ladies keep tabs on their growing babies with fruit. Makes it simple for them." Wanda and Nikita share a look. "At four months, the fetus is about as big as a pear. At five months, a papaya. Six, grapefruit. Seven, pineapple. Eight, honeydew."
"Hypothetically speaking, what size fruit would it be at, say, hmm, 12 hours?" Vision asks
"Uh, pardon? 12 hours?" Dr Nielson asks
"Well, I think this line of questioning is fruitless." Wanda jokes
"Well, hypothetically speaking, should we be concerned?" Vision asks
"Hypothetically speaking, every new father-to-be gets nervous." Dr Nielson says
"Well, I have nerves of steel, so there goes your theory, Mr. Doctor." Vision says
"Vision, why don't you see the doctor out?" Wanda suggests
"Good idea." Vision says. "Yes. Thank you so much for dropping by, Dr. Nielson." He says, making his way out of the house with Dr Nielson
As the two leave through the front door, Nikita trains her eyes on her sister and her giddy expression as she touches a tender hand to her belly. Nikita smiles at her sister
After a moment, Vision walks back in to see Nikita tidying up the living room and putting pillows back on the couch as Wanda stands by the kitchen sink. "Strangest thing just happened outside." Vision says, closing the door. Wanda turns to him. "Whoa, Nelly! Have you gotten bigger?"
Nikita looks over
"Have I?" Wanda asks, knocking over a papaya with her belly and looking down. "I can't tell from this angle."
"I can't wait...to be a proud papaya." Vision jokes, holding the papaya in his hand. Nikita facepalms at the joke. "Come on, it was funny!" He exclaims his defense upon seeing Nikita's reactions
"Whatever you say, Vision." Nikita says

In the new nursery area, Wanda is using her telekinesis to put together a crib while Nikita paints the walls and Vision reads a book in the rocking chair
"Nesting, the overwhelming urge during pregnancy to clean, organize, and prepare the home for the new baby." Vision reads
"See? You're an expert already." Wanda says, eating fruit from a bowl. "We've got nothing to worry about."
"Nothing to worry about outside of morning sickness, mood swings, aching back and...Feet..." Vision trails off. "Darling, you should probably sit down."
