Proclamation

Once upon a time long long ago....well more like 20 years ago Belle married her beast in front of 6,000 of their closest personal friends. Big cake...yeah so instead of a honeymoon Beast rounded up all the other kingdoms and got himself elected king of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks and all the really crazy people.....basically all the really interesting people, and he booted them off to the isle of the lost with a magical barrier to keep them there. This is my hood. No magic, no WIFI, No way out....or so I thought.....hold on your about to meet me but first this happened......
(3rd POV)
Prince Ben stood on a podium getting fitted for his suit jacket for the coronation. He was looking out the window towards the Isle of the lost.
"Sleeve" his fitter said lifting Bens arm up so he could measure it "head" he said wrapping the measuring tape around Bens head for his crown. Soon the door opened as his mother and father walked in the room.
"How is it that your going to be crowned king next month? You're just a baby" King Adam said to his son
"Hey pops" Ben said smiling at his father
"He's turning 16 dear" Belle said
"16? That's far too young to be crowned king. I didn't make a good decision till I was at least 42" King Adam said
"Uh you decided to marry me at 28" Belle said after she picked up a coat and started to fold it
"It was either you or a teapot" King Adam said winking at his son who gave a small chuckle at his dads joke. King Adam then noticed his wife's offended face "kidding" Adam said quickly
"Mom, Dad" Ben said as he started stepping off the podium he was standing in before his fitter stopped him. "I've chosen my first official proclamation" Ben said nervously "I've decided that the children of the Isle of the lost be given a chance....to live here in Auradon" Ben said as his fitter looked in shock as well as his parents. Belle dropped the coat she was folding. "Every time I look out to the Island I feel like they've been abandoned" Ben said walking down off the podium
"The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?" Adam said almost angrily
"We start off with a few at first, only the ones that need our help the most. I've already choose them" Ben said gaining a slight bit of confidence
"Have you?" Adam said crossing his arms
"I gave you a second chance" Belle said looking at her husband with soft eyes before turning back to her son "who are their parents?" Belle asked
"Cruella De Vil.....Jafar.....Evil Queen.....mad hatter....and Maleficent" Ben said cautiously. The fitter gasped from behind them.
"Maleficent? She is the worst in the land!" Adam said angrily at his son as the servants that were in the room left closing the doors.
"Dad, just hear me out!" Ben said
"I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes" Adam said still angry
"Dad, they're children are innocent. Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life?" Ben said trying to convince his father. "Dad?" His father looked at Belle and she gave him a slight nod.
"I suppose their children are innocent" Adam said before turning away. Belle walked up to her son and started fixing his collar
"Well, well done" She said before going back to her husband "shall we?" She said before she left with her husband. Ben looked out the window towards the Isle messing with his golden beast ring.
