"are you ready baby" I say excited
"yes I am" buck says grabbing my hand and criss hand before walking down the corridor. His nurses stood round as we reach the end we see the bell
"I mean buck I'm not going to lie to you I thought you was going to die. if it wasn't for Eddie you wouldn't be here today" the doctor says smiling while buck makes eye contact with me causing me to smile more
"you fought like hell and love got you the rest of the way and now I'm so happy to say that Evan Buckley you can ring the bell. you are cancer free" the doctor smiles
"thanks doc" he smile
"ok ring the bell baby" I smile as buck rings the bell
"I'm cancer free" he shouts laughing I watch buck at his strongest picking up criss and carrying him out to the car which makes me giggle and I smile at how healthy buck is now looking
"so what did you dream about when you was unconscious you always say lucky not like the dream or the alternate reality but what did u dream" buck says looking over as he gets in the car
"I dreamed that you had died and I had to grow old alone although I never felt alone because I felt you was always with me it ended with me dying and coming to you" I say laughing at how stupid I sound
"wow thats cute and a little morbid" he giggles
"lets get married" I smile turning to him
"are you serious" buck smiles
"yes is that a yes"I laugh
"ok lets do it" he laughs gaining a cheer from criss in the back. when we arrived at the wedding registry everyone was there
"I couldn't let us do this without our fave people here" buck whispers I smile towards him
"lets get married" I smiled jumping out the car
"hey guys" buck says running over and hugging them all
"now this is my energetic buck" bobby laughs as buck jumps into his arms
"the day has finally arrived where are boys finally get married" hen says walking over to me
"not like they haven't been acting like a married couple for years" chim jokes making Maddie laugh as buck takes little Sophia into his arms
- 50 years later -
"our story couldn't have turned out better" I say turning my focus from the amazing sunset that sat before us to buck who lays cuddled up in my arms
"I love you forever mr Diaz" he smiles
" I love you too mr Diaz" I laugh
"ooo" I say as my phone rings
"bobby .. Athena" buck smiles waving
"hey you guys just wanted to say happy anniversary" bobby laughs down the phone
" bobby your in the room next door" buck laughs standing up and heading down the hall of the cruise ship into a room where bobby and Athena sat all 4 of us laugh before sitting down drinking Champaign there was a knock at the door
"happy 50 years " hen , Karen chim and Maddie shout as we swung the door open
"thanks" me and Eddie say leaning in kissing each other
"I bumped into the young ones they are all by the pool with there kids" hen says walking in grabbing a glass of Champaign
"I really do love our yearly 118 holidays" buck laughs as we all sit round on the balcony watching the world go by
