Panic Attack

TW: Panic Attack & Suicide

Hello y'all, so as you guys saw I took a little break bc of my mental health.
It is still as bad as it was but i finally have some motivation to write again!

You wake up

A nightmare...

You check the clock and see 3:17 am

You breath very heavy

You start crying

Louder and louder

Helena hears it and goes to your room

'Hey, hey, shhh' she whispers
'What's the matter darling?'

Big tears run over your cheeks

You dreamed that Helena died bc of suicide, that her anxiety was to much for her.. she took her own life right before your eyes.. and that's the point where you wake up

Helena hugs you tied and tries to calm you down.

You try to explain what happened but all you can say is

'I, she, you..' and cry more

Your breathing gets more heavier and Helena sees that something is wrong

She whispers in your ear: 'it's all going to be okay just follow these steps'

Helena goes downstairs to the kitchen, she grabs a plastic bag. Once she is back upstairs she explains what to do.

'Okay (y/n) all you have to do is every time I say '1' you breath in the bag, once you you do that i don't let the vacuum escape so it gets really hard to breath in there okay, don't get in even more panick then just tell me when you are totally out of breath okay?'

You nod and do what Helena says

'3, 2, 1,'

You repeat that a couple times and you are calming down

Once you are calmed down helena tries to ask again what happened

'I saw you trying to commit suicide bc of the press and your life as an actress'

'I would never do that luv, please believe me'

'Look into my eyes (y/n)'

You look into her pure brown eyes, her eyes are the most pretties eyes you have ever seen.

'I will never ever ever commit suicide, okay?'

You nod

'Now go back to sleep again luv tomorrow you have school'

She kisses your forehead but before she is gone you ask her: 'couldn't you stay with me for the night?'

'If that is what makes you comfy and happy then I will always do that for my little girl!'

She walks back to you and gets into bed

She kisses you and says goodnight
You say goodnight two and close your eyes
You are so unbelievably happy to have a mother like Helena

She plays with your hair and pets your head.
After 3 minutes of feeling her warm soft hand over your forehead and her cute little fingers between your hair you fall asleep you dream like an angel and sleep very good.

———————the next morning——————

'Goodmorning dear, how have you slept?' Helena asks

'Good after you where with me'

'That's good to hear luv! O and today you don't have to go to school, so you can just recover from tonight.'

You wonder where billy and Nell are so you look at the clock and see 1:04 pm

They are probably already at school

You think

'I have made you some pancakes with some milk, I hope your okay with that!'

'Yes ofcourse I am mom!' You hug her and go eat your breakfast.

The day goes pretty normally, Helena does the chores you watch some tv and make some homework.

You had some amazing mommy and daughter time today what you'd like a lot.

At 8:27 pm you fall asleep on Helena and she brings you to bed, she stays the whole night with you just to make sure you don't get another panic attack.

The night goes well
