Juliet's POV
"Well, here's your stop." Frank said, after telling me the story of how he met Hayes.
I sighed, and looked out the window. The motel that I'd be staying at didn't exactly look like it had five-star rating. It looked abandoned, even though it had a few cars. The sign flickered, saying I was at the "Massachusetts' Motels."
"I'm in Massachusetts?" I said, and the driver laughed.
"Yup," he said, popping the 'p.' "Welcome to Boston."
I got out of the taxi, and closed the door. As I did this, Frank locked the door and rolled down the window.
"So, have you talked to Hayes after all of this?" He asked.
"I don't think Hayes told you that we were on speaking terms." I said.
"He didn't mention it." Frank shook his head.
"You don't know half of the story." I said.
He unlocked the door. He leaned over to open it.
"Tell you what, I'll treat you to a burger and you tell me your half of the story." Frank said, and I climbed inside of the taxi.
He drove to the nearest burger place- which he said was the best burger place he ever went to.
Once we got a seat and ordered the food, Frank stared at me.
"Alright princess," he said. "Spill."
"Whoa, wait." I said, "we've made it this far and I still don't know anything about you."
"What do you want to know?"
"Anything. Age, family, hobbies, weird fetishes." I shrugged, and he laughed.
"Okay, uh..I'm twenty five. I have a wife- we married young. We have two kids, Mikey and Crissy. Um....I play poker on Friday nights with my pals, and I don't think I have any weird fetishizes." He said, adding a small laugh at the end.
"Really? When I mentioned hobbies I thought you were going to mention picking up strangers and treating them to burgers." I said, which made him chuckle.
"Alright, Juliet. It's your turn." He said. The waitress brought us our burgers and I ate it instantly.
"Slow down, Juliet. You just got the meal." Frank said.
"Alright, fine." I said as I sipped my drink. "I'll tell you. Just don't think of me differently after this."
"Think of you differently?" He said, which sounded like a question.
"I feel like I just took advantage of the guy, you know?" I shrugged.
"How would I know? You need to tell me the story first!" He exclaimed.
So I told him everything. Lesley, kissing Matt, the fight, and why I ran away.
"Honestly, I don't know why I ran away." I said. "I just needed to get away from him."
"You know that he loves you, right?" He said.
"Really? How do you know?"
"He didn't blame you for anything. He blamed himself. And he's been looking for you ever since you disappeared." He said, and I processed all of his words as I ate my burger.
"How do you know him?" I asked.
"I told you, I gave him a ride to the airport." He said.
"And do you know where he was going?"
