Juliet's POV

I wasn't sure if I should tell Hayes, or keep it to myself at first. The right thing to do was to tell Hayes, but some part of me thought keeping it to myself would be the better option.

Eventually, I had to tell Hayes, and he would find out one way or another. I jumped out of bed and walked down the stairs to tell him.

"Hayes?" I called several times.

"In here!" He called from the kitchen.

He was just finishing up his breakfast, and I sat next to him at the table.

"Yes?" He said, noticing my silence.

"Liam texted me." I said as I showed him my phone. He took it and examined the text.

He got out of his seat and stomped towards the door.

"Hayes." I said sternly, and he stopped. "Where are you going?"

"To Liam's. I need to settle this." He growled.

"What are you going to do then? Beat him up? That won't change anything. Remember? You already beat him up enough times." I said.

"Then what am I suppose to do? Tell him to politely to stop harassing my girlfriend?" He asked.

"That's not what I'm saying."

"Then what do you want me to do?" He repeated.

"You have to make me...undateable." I smirked, a plan already processing in my mind.

"You have a plan?" Hayes said, impressed.

"Yup, and I need you to be part of it, if you like it or not." I said.

//

The plan started at the mall, where everyone would be on a Friday night, according to Brendan and Madi.

We sat in the food court, where everyone seemed to be.

I was sitting in my seat nervously, waiting for Hayes to come back with our food, where the start of my plan begins.

Hayes comes back with the food on the tray, and sets it down gingerly on the table.

"What the hell is that?" I exclaim loudly, causing mostly everyone to turn to me.

"It's the food you wanted." Hayes said innocently.

"No, it's a bunch of shit you piled together and called it food. This isn't what I wanted Hayes." I yell, getting up from my seat.

"You said you wanted a burger and fries!" He defended.

"I said I wanted a turkey burger and a diet soda." I roll my eyes walking away from him. He grabs my hand and turns me around.

"Why do you always have to cause a scene?" He tells me, then yells "THERE'S NOTHING TO SEE HERE."

"No, because I want to let everyone here know how big of an IDIOT YOU ARE." I yell back, and he steps back in shock.

"That's it we're over." He said, walking away.

"No, we're not over until I say it's over." I said, and he laughed.

"That's too bad, you can't tell me what to do because we're not together anymore." He said, walking away.

"Don't walk away from me!" I yelled, but he's already gone.

I huff, and look around. All eyes were on me, but there is only one pair that I wanted.

"Wow, Juliet." Liam said, making me smile. "Didn't think you had that in you."

"Why don't we go somewhere private?" He asked.

"Sounds great." I smirked, and he put his arm around me. I wink at Madi and Brendan.

Liam lead me down to the closest restaurant, and got a table. When the waitress came by, we ordered our food.

"So, Juliet..." Liam smiled, and I laughed obnoxiously, loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Why are you laughing? I didn't say anything funny." He said confused, making me laugh even more.

"Shhh...you're making a scene." Liam said, and I stopped.

"Sorry, it's just that you're so funny!" I said in a high pitched voice.

"Uh, okay..." He said. I grabbed my water and started drinking.

"Do you like sports?" Liam said, starting small talk.

I spit out my drink, and I puckered my face out of disgust.

"Ew! That drink was awful." I gagged.

Liam was dripping wet, the water that I spat out sprayed all over him, making him get up and shake himself dry.

"You ruined-" shake. "My designer-" shake. "Jacket."

Our food came just in time, I ordered spaghetti, and he ordered clam chowder.

"Oh no," I pouted. "I'm so sorry. Let me help with that." I said as I grabbed my spaghetti and poured it over his head. He yelped, and wiped his face off with the sauce.

Some kids laughed at him, and yelled "food fight!"

Food started to fly everywhere, landing on me, and- more importantly- Liam. I even saw an elderly couple laugh as they threw their salad at each other.

I grabbed Liam's chowder and poured it all over his jacket, and he gasped.

"You'll pay for this, Collins! I can't believe I was into you. I hope I never see you again." Liam said angrily.

Someone wrapped their arm around my waist, and I turned to see Hayes, smiling at me.

"You have a little something." He said, removing some whipped cream from my face with his thumb.

"What's going on here?" Liam asked, coming closer to us, and almost slipping on food on the ground.

"You wished to never see me again. Well, your wish is my command." I smirked knowing that my plan succeeded, and left the restaurant with Hayes holding me.
