You can manipulate and convert any type of energy. They can be used as blasts, shields, thrusters (To help you fly), and can be used to make into nets and weapons. When you use it, your eyes glow purple and so do your fingertips). (Your hair also floats when you go too far.)
Your regeneration quirk basically is self-explanatory. It's nearly impossible for you to die of wounds or sickness.
Drawbacks
Whenever you get tired, you lose control of your energy quirk and it controls you. (It blasts at everything and is kind of painful but your regeneration quirk protects you from dying)
It also makes you extremely exhausted to the point where you might faint if you use too much energy.
