His hands are sweaty and shaking. His stomach feels queasy, wanting to throw up his breakfast, and his mind is far from the ceremony he's supposed to be listening to. This is all wrong. This is not how he imagined his wedding day to be like. The color of the suits don't match since he had to get one last minute; obviously because his other outfit no longer fit him. The flowers are tacky, and the man in front of him, although one of his favorite people in the world, is not the man he wanted to marry. He shouldn't be doing this.

At this moment Seokjin wants nothing more than just run out of there and leave everyone behind. Maybe move to a remote island where no one will bother him. He starts looking around the room for an opening to make his great escape, but his eyes catch something. A tiny little thing being held in Yoongi's arms.

She inherited her daddy's eyes and her appa's lips, but its still hard to tell who's looks she will inherit more of. This tiny person, who has no sense of what is going on saves him. Relaxes him, and reminds him why he is doing this. He is doing this for the one they lost. Taehyung was his whole world and he was going to tear the whole country down to do him justice. His dad and Mr. Jeon were going to rot in the depths of hell and he and Jungkook are going to make sure they stay there.

"Kim Seokjin?" The mention of his name pulls him out of his thoughts and he looks back at the marriage officiant. "We are waiting on you. Do you take Jeon Jungkook as your rightfully wedded husband?"

His eyes meet Jungkook's and he knows, he is also having an inner conflict about this whole thing. A sense of guilt crawls its way into Seokjin, realizing that Jungkook has lost his baby and Jimin, but has been pulling through alone since everyone was attending his needs. He has every right to revenge as he does, and Seokjin is determined to help him through with his plan. With a small nod and a firm tone he seals his new fate, "I do."

The rest of the ceremony is a blur. He distinctly recalls his mom looking at him with pleading eyes as she signs the witness testimony, but he turns away not wanting to see her. "By the power vested in me I know pronounce you married. You may kiss now."

Both men stay still awkwardly looking at each other. They had everything planned out and both forgot this was also part of the ceremony. They make slow and awkward movements to each other and lean in.

Its weird when their lips touch. Partly because they had not done this since high school and also because its not the lips they wanted in this situation, but they suck it up and place fake smiles as their picture is taken to capture the moment. They are married now.

Four months later

"Is that the last of it?" Jungkook asks as he brings in the final boxes.

Seokjin counts the boxes as he holds a sleeping Dasom in his arms rocking side to side. "It should be. Thank you for letting us move in. I don't think I could have handled another day in that place," Seokjin says, taking a seat on the couch.

Jungkook shrugs him off and joins him on the couch. "Well we are married," he jokes. "It really is no problem at all. This house is huge. You know very well that I bought it when I decided that I would marry Jimin. He wanted a big family, and I knew that equaled a big living space," he chuckled humorlessly, and his smile shifts when he realizes that he's talking about someone who left him, "but you know, he left and it gets lonely living in a place like this."

Seokjin listens intently at his friend. "Don't mind me asking and you don't have to answer if it is too personal, but why didn't you sell the house? Maybe you would have felt more comfortable in a smaller space."

Jungkook takes out the chain he hides under his clothes. At the end of it is the ring left behind. "I guess a part of me had hope that he would come back eventually."
