———THE SECOND PHASE
———"So, I shall take my leave. Best of luck to all of you." Satotz informed everyone and proceeded to walk away from the group.
The group was left to stand in front of a huge beige gate that was blocking off what seemed to be the next phase.
A rumbling sound erupted from the gate. It started to split open, revealing many counters with kitchen supplies, a long path that ended to what seemed to be a mansion like house.
In front of the building sat a man and a women. The women who sat in a chair, had turquoise coloured hair that was wrapped in coral ribbon so it held in place for five ponytails. The man who sat behind the chair seeming his body wouldn't fit as how large he was.
I want to hug him so bad. Y/n thought stopping herself from running up to him and giving him a cuddle. He looks like he gives the best hugs.
"Will all applicants who passed the first phase please enter? Welcome! I'm Menchi, the Second Phase examiner." She introduced herself with confidence beaming off of her.
The boy understood that was his turn to speak and let a smile paint over his face, "And i'm Buhara. The other Examiner."
It was quiet for a moment while everyone took in the examiners and their surroundings mentally guessing what will the Phase be about. However the sound of a stomach interrupted the silence.
"Wh-What was that sound?"
"Killua!" Y/n sighed pinching the bridge of her nose. "You already farted in the first phase! You must be windy today jheez."
Gon covered his mouth and nose with his shirt immediately, smart move. Although Killua eyes sharpened and glared at the girl. "Y/n I will rip your heart out."
"So you're gonna steal my heart lover boy?" She teased seeing his cheeks grow warm from embarrassment. "This is why your my favourite."
"What? No! I meant- you know what forget." He gave up speaking seeing the teasing smirk on her face knowing he won't win this argument.
The two turned their attention back to the front to find out what going to happen next.
Menchi looked up at Buhara. "You must be hungry."
"I'm starving..." He whined patting his belly.
Menchi nodded and stood up. "There you have it. Phase Two will involve...Cooking!"
After she had announced it, everyone seemed shocked.
Y/n eyes widened and begun shifting uncomfortable on her feet, I can't even make toast without burning it! How am I gonna cook-
"C-Cooking?"
"Wait! Cooking?" A man shouted in disbelief. He had his fist clenched together from receiving the news. "We're here to take the Hunter Exam!"
