Playing with fire Reader x Sapnap

Chapter 7

After meeting with sapnap I decided to go find ranboo I figured he'd probably need my help and I really wanted to tell him about sapnap. When I found him though, he was a mess. There wasn't even a doorway to his house; it had been blown off. I came into his house to find him curled up in a ball in the corner. "Ranboo?" I said. I touched his shoulder gently to get his attention. When he initially looked up he looked scared. Then after seeing it was me he seemed relieved.

"[y/n]?" he asked. I nodded. "[y/n] im gonna tell you this and you can't tell anyone." He stated.

"Ranboo what's going on?" I say.

"I think I might've been the one to make eret take dream as a threat." He said shaking.

"Why do you think that?"

"I don't know. One second I'm at the party and the next my memory, it just blanks. I remember being with tubbo. Tubbo said that he last remembers seeing me near eret right before some of those explosions. Then when Eret saw me today he winked at me." Ranboo was visibly upset. I didn't know how to console him.

"Ranboo no matter what I'm on your side." I say. "I can help you figure this out." With that I pull him in my arms and hug him. He seemed to calm down a little while in the hug. "I talked to tommy today." I say to change the subject. Ranboos' head immediately spikes up.

"You did? Did he apologize?" He asks.

"I mean, in his own way yea he did." I tell him. "I still think it would be fun to go to party island one night, you, me, him and tubbo." I say. Ranboo smiles.

"Aside from how it ended did you have a good night last night?" Ranboo asks. Suddenly I remember everything from last night that I'd been dying to tell him about before.

"Sapnap and I kissed." I say grinning.

"I mean, George and karl were literally placing bets on when it would happen so that doesn't surprise me." He says. I give his shoulder a friendly punch and roll my eyes.

"It was awesome." I tell him. "At first I was afraid but then he said he was in love with me and I don't know, something just clicked." I continued. Ranboo nodded. I knew he wasn't good with this, girl talk, kind of interaction. But he didn't mind listening to me tell him about all that had happened. "I basically had my first kiss under fireworks." I say. We both knew that that wasn't my first kiss. He was the only other person that knew who my first kiss really was. When I was 14, wilbur was 16 or 17. Philza had sort of been the parental figure for both of us and he ended up being my first kiss. But that's a story for another day.

"I hate to change the subject but have you gone to your base yet?" Ranboo says.

"No, I think once Eret has calmed down, I'll talk to him." I say. Ranboo nods.

"Hey do you need help fixing your house? I offer.

"Actually Philza said he would help fix it a little later." Ranboo tells me. "Speaking of which, Philza wanted to talk to you. I forgot to tell you but he seemed worried. He should be just next door. I nod and leave Ranboos house to go find Phil.

I enter his house, its warm and cozy. Its not the same home I grew up in that one is a ways out in the forest, but its still familiar. "[y/n]!" Philza says pulling me in for a hug. I hug him back but when he pulls away to my surprise Wilbur, Tommy, and Techno are all quietly sitting at the table.

"Was wondering when you'd show up." Techno says. "Greetings sis." Techno says in his monotone voice. He wasn't the type for hugs or warm greetings unless they seemed necessary. There were only a few people techno truly cared about and I can say with confidence that everyone in this house is included.

"Hello again [y/n]." Tommy says in a cheery tone.

"Hi [y/n]." Wilbur says. To clear one thing up, I know I said wilbur was my first kiss, but our relationship is platonic. It has been for years and we act more like siblings than anything.

"Have a seat then [y/n]" Philza says in his normal happy tone. I do as instructed and pull up a seat at the circular table. In between tommy and techno. Philzas tone changes very quickly however, as he pulls the blinds shut and locks the doors. "Now, I'm sure you are all aware of the events that took place last night." He says. "We need to discuss the course of action we will take as a family if war occurs." He continues. "Aside from Tommy I know you are all adults but we have to stay together. Does everyone understand?" He says. We all nod.

"[y/n] and tommy are my biggest concerns. I know [y/n] is 19 but she is still relatively young and needs guidance." Philza goes on.

* For the sake of the story wilbur is only 22 and techno is 24*

"What about the people they've all grown attached too? Like nikki for wilbur, or Sapnap, hell even tubbo and ranboo?" Techno asks.

"We will do our best to keep them with us as a part of the family. But if one of them," Philzas eyes meet mine. It becomes very clear he's referring to sapnap. "If one of them makes a decision or chooses a side that puts ours in danger, I will be forced to leave them behind." He says.

"Im sorry, what is this plan you're referring to?" Wilbur asks.

"Yeah." Tommy agrees.

"If war begins, I want you to keep your family in mind making decisions. Most of you are adults, I trust you. But, if war becomes too much, I want us to go to our old home in the forest. No one knows where it is and we will be safe." Philza states. "I know this is a big ask but for our security I have to know you are all on board." He says. We all agree and with that philza dismisses us.
