Chapter 7

I cannot breathe as I remember the way Hugo touched me. It was just a simple touch yet I already felt the heat spreading all over my body. That touch was enough to make my desire for that insariable man deepen and worsen.

But I had no time to pull myself together when Hugo once again entered my office unannounced. Mabilis pa sa alas kwatro ang pag-tayo ko nang maayos at muntik ko nang masampal ang sarili ko nang maalalang hindi ko pa pala nasuot ang bra ko, let alone fixed my dress.

Gayunpaman ay pinakita kong hindi ako apektado ng nangyari sa amin kanina. Kinopya ko ang seryoso nyang ekspresyon. He is seriously serious that I almost forgot that he is a playful man.

I fixed the straps of my dress before arching my brow. "What?" I asked annoyingly because his pressence is making me uncomfortable.

"Are you busy?" He asked which made both my brows to arch.

"I was busy but what do you think now?" I answered sarcastically because I just remembered Brent and I's unfinished business.

Oh for Pete's sake! Hindi man lang ako nakaraos tapos dumagdag pa itong si Hugo sa pangangailangan ko.

His face turned more serious before he took a step forward at dahil sa pagka-bigla ay napa-atras ako. Sinundan nya ako ng tingin at dahil sa hiya ay mas sinungitan ko pa lalo ang ekspresyon ko.

"Good." He said flatly that made my brows to meet. "Because you will babysit Sofia." He added.

Kumunot pa lalo ang noo ko dahil sa sinabi nya pero base sa seryoso nyang mukha ay hindi sya nag-bibiro.

"Nakiki-tira na nga kayo sa akin tapos gusto mo pa akong guluhin hanggang dito sa trabaho ko?" Hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko dahil sa pagka-bigla.

I have no more class after lunch but that doesn't mean I have nothing to do. Being a teacher is not easy. There's too mich paperwork to deal with. Doon pa lang ubos na ang oras at energy ko tapos gusto pa nitong si Hugo na alagaan ko ang anak nya?

Kumunot din ang noo ni Hugo pero hindi ako nagpa-talo. Tinignan ko rin sya ng mariin at dala na rin ng inis ko sa kanya ay hindi ako gaanong naapektuhan ng sex appeal nya.

"Sofia hates my secretary, Sierra. She cannot handle her and also, I am too busy to take care of her. Besides, I must not be seen with a baby, for now." He argued but I just arched my brow.

"I am busy too and I cannot handle her for so long." I answered sarcastically but he just sighed and walked towards me.

I was stunned that I was not able to move. Is he going to use his charms to woo me in babysitting her daughter? If that's the case, I don't think I can resist.

I haven't recovered yet to our little incident earlier but here he is right now, standing less than a feet away from me. My body is already reacting to his pressence and I hate it, at this moment.

"I gave Sofia to you because she's your responsibility, Hugo." I stated before he could even talk.

He sighed once again and in an instant, his expression softens. He looks ready to plead and I don't know if I am ready to see it right now that I am sensitive.

"I know." He said in a lower tone. "Believe me when I say that I want to take care of her but it's just that..." he trailed off before he looked at me straight to the eyes.

I blinked when our eyes met but I did not look away. I cannot let him see that I am affected.

"What?" Iritado kong tanong para alisin na nya ang titig nya sa akin pero hindi nya ginawa.
