I really want to write that idea so bad like

My idea is in the Weekly Update 5/22 is DC's so overwhelmed and upset that he leaves the Statehouse. Maybe he does take his phone but he silences it. Someone, maybe it is Confederacy, watches him go and realizes this is his chance to get the power he always wanted. 

So he tricks DC, offers him a way out, tells him the only way out is to become human. The only thing to exchange? DC's immortality. 

And DC's so overwhelmed and sad that he signs his life away in order to become human and away from the states

Like imagine how Ariel signed that contract in 'Poor Unfortunate Souls' and imagine it ten times worse with DC
