I don't think another state would hit on DC but another country certainly would

Imagine DC trying to be polite and talking to this country who is clearly trying to hit on him and the main five being like "ahaha nope"

I can make it even worse that this other person is friendly and helpful, and possibly rich, and is hanging out at the government until he has to go home. He's basically better then the main five could ever hope to be, and is charming DC.

Also DC is clueless that he's even being hit on. 'Cuss useless gay.
