    I figured out the proposal 
    
                          
    First off, the five deffo asked IDC for permission. It was awkward as fuck because IDC was playing the heavy but in the end was like 'nah I'm kidding, you can marry my brother' 
    
                          
    Florida deffo strong armed the others into a Disney thing
    
                          
    But they didn't tell the other states which means shenanigans afoot and they kept getting interrupted 
    
                          
    The other states: Wait...you're proposing to DC???? 
    
                          
    The main five: *look into camera* 
    
                          
    Also when the disaster hits, they deffo Rose'd DC into one of the lifeboats 
    
                          
    -------------Y'know the scene when Jack forces Rose into the lifeboat
    
                          
    That's when the proposal happened. I like to think DC reached out to grab his boyfriend's hands before they released the boat, and one of em (MAYBE NEW YORK) was like 'marry us'
