KOMORI MOTOYA

- he was devastated when you left him

- like everything just went downhill for him

- his cousin was no good too, sakusa was too blunt and didn't have a breakup experience yet

- it became a habit for him to open his apartment's door with wide-open arms just for you to clash on him, but now that you weren't there anymore, it has always been empty

- you were his world, but he didn't treat you like how he's supposed to

- he always came home late, either staying at the gym for extra more or going out with his teammates

- when you confronted him about it, he was happy that you allowed him to do whatever he wanted, as long as it wasn't constant

- but he broke that promise

- whenever he passes by the café you liked, it always reminded him of you

- so he entered the shop, not expecting to see you on a date

The atmosphere was the same as always whenever he came into this place, holding your hand. But the feeling was now different because you weren't there by his side anymore.

He ordered his usual latte and sat by the window. There were unexpectedly several people around this time, as it was near 9 PM, and the café closes around 11. Sipping his cup, he grabbed a book that was set on as display on his table and read whatever page he had hopped on.

Although he read a book that had supernatural content in it, it didn't become a distraction for him to stop thinking about you. Even the song playlist in the café was a bundle of your favorites. It's like this shop was just made for you.

Motoya sighed as he flipped pages that just became boring for him, eventually leading him to place it back from where he got it. Everything reminded him of you ever since he set foot on the café, it throbbed his heart.

"Oh! She looks really cute!"

A familiar voice.

"I know right, isn't she the cutest?"

And another one appears.

Motoya turned his back and saw you, looking invested in whatever that stranger's phone showed on its screen. But more importantly, he saw you.

You looked so much happier, portraying that genuine smile of happiness that you always had at the beginning of your relationship with him. It pained his heart.

'When was the last time I saw her this... happy?' A tear fell down his face as he watched you motion and whoever that person who accompanied you, and sat down a table not too far from his, unbeknownst to you, he was watching. The grip on his coffee cup tightened, including his heart in jealousy for someone other than him was making you happy.

But, does he even have the right? After everything, he caused to you?
