1x06; ʟᴏsᴛɢɪʀʟs ᴘᴛ1 ──────❝ 𝐌𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫❞──────
(a/n: I changed the part after Atlas and Rhea listen in on Stefan and Elenas conversation. It's about Atlas' soulmate and after a long period of thought I have finally chosen who his soulmate is! Have fun guessing with the new input in this chapter! enjoy!)
"What are you?" She repeated harsher and he looked at her with watery eyes
Stefan took a second to process everything and looked at Elena who was waiting for an answer, "You know"
Stefan was heartbroken, to say the least. He wanted to tell her at the right time and the right place, but now his chance is ruined. He probably lost Elena for good and didn't get to even tell her he loved her
"No, I don't." She quickly denied but they both knew it was a lie
She couldn't believe it. Her boyfriend was a Vampire and he kept it from her. How could her lie, not just about this, but about everything? She couldn't trust him anymore, he probably lied about everything just so he could kill her
"Yes, you do, or you wouldn't be here," He tells her with a shake of his head
"It's not possible. It can't be." She denies again trying to convince herself but she knew the truth
"Everything you know... And every belief that you have is about to change. Are you ready for that?" He sets down his stake and carefully walks toward her but she steps back, scared of what he might do
"What are you?" She repeated
"I'm a vampire" He admitted and tears came to Elenas eyes
"I shouldn't have come." she swallows her tears and slowly backs away
"No. Please," Stefan begs to try to reach out for her but she pulls away from him, breaking his heart even more
Elena tries to run away, but Stefan appears in front of her. She looks shocked at what he did and scares her even more. Stefan curses in his head at causing her more fear
Elena takes a double-take, "How did you do that?" she asks fearfully
Stefan is so close to breaking at the look in her eyes, "Please don't be afraid of me" She goes for one angle and he blocks her
"Let me go" She demands her breathing erratic
Stefan reaches for her, keeping her in place, "No. Elena, there are things that you have to know and understand" He quickly tells her as she struggles in his arms
