I squint my eyes as i felt a burning sensation on my face, i look around and saw an open window
I close my eyes for mere seconds, adjusting my vision and to calm my throbbing head
"Hey" i jolted up as a sudden voice cooed and my limbs cracked, i groaned
"Careful" and i heard some giggles, a very familliar giggle
I look at the side and saw the only person i'm scared my life of, the worst reality and worst than my nightmares, the least person i hope i never met
"What's up with the face?" She giggled
"W-why are you here?" I asked as i gripped on the duvet
"Obviously? Because this is my room" my eyes widen as well as my mouth agaped. My gaze automatically wander around to see where i'm at
This place is familliar, it's indeed her room. I've been here few times and i can say a lot has change, except the balcony though
"I-.." no words come out my throat when i tried to speak up then my eyes landed on the lampside. There's a tray of food on the table
"Oh yeah, almost forgot. You should eat. It's almost night time" she said before exiting the room
I nodded even though she's now gone then started digging through the food. My body hurts and my throat felt dry and sore. I think i'll be having a cough later
JENNIE's PoV
I exit the room with a smile plasttered on my face. I felt so giddy today and i know it's because of Lisa. She looks so adorable earlier and when she sleeps. Last night or perhaps, earlier, we're cuddled up in a bed. She was embracing me so tight and i can't help but to feel delighted but also disappointed. Knowing that Lisa was unconscious that time and not really aware of us being all cuddly
It's 5 on the afternoon yet she just woke up, i know i shouldn't be surprise but i am. The drug i put on her suppose to make her half-dead for mere 24 for hours but she's already awake not even 15 hours after i injected her the drug. She's strong, no wonder she's still alive
I just chuckle at the thought and walk to the kitchen. I was so engulf by the thought of having Lisa on my bed, eating. I wonder if she looks cute?
I giggled again. Of course she does. She always looks cute. Eve-..
"JENNIE!!" I look at behind me and saw my mom with knitted brows along with my dad with confused face
"What's up? Why are you shouting?" I asked still with the same smile on my lips
They look at me in disbelief as if i've said something weird. Did i mumble something while thinking about Lisa? Did i blurted some stupid things? Oh my ghaaad! Did i blurted some of my secerts? Shit!!
I started to panic inside but remained unbothered outside
I was preparing some lies incase they'll ask me about whatever i've said but the next thing made me confuse. My mom smiled at me sweetly while my dad is wiping his tears, his invisible tears to be exact
"That smile suits you well, honey" my mom was in the verge of crying with her hands clasp together and rest it on her chest
That baffled me
"In deed, my dear. It was the first time seeing you with that smile after years. Tell us who's behind those genuin smile and twinkling eyes? Is it her? Can we meet her?" My dad rambles dreamily which baffles me more. I honestly can't understand them? Do they know about Lisa? Impossible! Never have they ever met her!
"What do you mean? I'm just in a good mood" i said and smiled at them, the sweet genuin one and proceed on getting the glass of water
"Exactly, you never been in a good mood ever since! So tell, us when can we meet her" my mom asked, her voice sounds so delighted
"When can you meet who?" I asked and took a sip of water from the glass i was holding
"That little girl who always come over here when you're still kids. Is it the same kid?" My dad nodded furiously as if he was TOTALLY sure
My eyes flutter few times before her words sank in my head and as if all of my blood got drained and i froze. How did they know? As far as i know, i never told them about Lisa! Am i being watched?
"Honey?" My mom's voice snap me out of my trance
"H-how'd you.." i point at them back and forth as i can't find the right word
"Am i being watch?" I asked which made them giggle
"Of course silly. We can't just leave you behind without any assurance, y'know?" Mom said as she step to my side and brush my hair
We fell into silence, i still can't register the things. I'm so caught of the moment and can't talk, still i can feel my mom's hands running through my hair
"Jenni-.."
"No, it's not her" i cut my mom off. I know it's rude but i don't care. That's me anyways
"Oh? Really?" I look at her and instantly regretted it. Her face says she doesn't believe me as for she has a smug expression with a smirk! For the first time in forever, i got creep out by my mother. She's insanely creepy with her brows wiggling up and down
"Stop it" i unconsciously utter with the disgust face which made her chuckle with a snort! Purely digusting!
She hit the back of my head pretty hard that made me wince and clutch my head
"Oh honey, you hit her too hard" dad said shove my mom to the side to hug me
"Hey! Get off my daughter you imbecile!" Mother tried prying her husbands firm but gentle embrace from me
"No. Go get your son, i'll have my daughter" dad push her a bit
"You stupid idiotic bitch!" I heard my mother mumble which caught me in a daze. Damn! I got proud for a mere seconds. Didn't thought she can swear like that
"Speaking of son. Jennie dear, your brother will be coming later at seven so prepare, yeah?" She said before grabbing my dad's ear
"Awwee! Honey, d-don-ouuuch! Oh dear it hurts!!" Dad groaned and i can't help but snigger
"And i want you to bring that girl from your room so she can meet your brother" she lastly said before exiting the kitchen with dad
I nod and was again caught in a small reverie as my mind lingered through the girl mom was referring to. Speaking of. How'd she know there's a girl in my room? And why she wants me to bring her later to meet my brother? Speaking of again. I remember, who's my brother again?
I thought for awhile. Tryna remember who's my effin brother is
"Honey! Tell the maids to clean Taetae's room!" Mom yelled
My eyes widen
"FUCK NO!"
