Vinnies flashback of 2 years ago

Vinnies P.O.V
I was rushing to find my keys to be able to go to the jewelry store to get y/n a ring so I could ask her to be my girlfriend when I hear Jordan knock on my room door.

J: what if she says no?
V: I doubt it, I mean we've gone on a few dates and we kissed the other day so I'm pretty sure she likes me back
J: oh okay, want me to come with you? You know like to help find the perfect ring for her?
As soon as he finished his sentence I found my keys
V: yeah sure, you can help.
We went downstairs and went outside to get in my car. Once we got to the first stop I got a bunch of things for a picnic because I'm planning to have a picnic and then we're going a drive in and we're gonna watch a movie, middle way through the movie is when ima pop the question to make her mine....I hope.
Once jordan and I finished getting the things and I got the perfect ring. I called and asked Aaron to go pick up the flowers I ordered and to take them to y/ns house. Jordan and I were getting the picnic set up. This is what it ended up looking like:

I then told y/n that I was on my way to pick her up

When I got to y/ns house I knocked on her door and a few minutes later she answered and let me tell you she looked.....amazing.

Y: hey vinnie :)
V: oh hey uhh you look nice
Y: thank you, you don't look too bad yourself:)

We headed over to my car and I opened the door for her.
As we were driving to the park we listened to music. When we got to the park we went to the picnic set up and she said
Y: omg this is sooo cute! You really didn't have to you know that right?
V: I know but I wanted to. Your really special to me.
We started eating and laughing and when we were done we cleaned up and started heading towards the drive in. When we got to the drive in I fixed up the trunk of my car.
*skip to halfway through the movie*
V: hey um ill be right back....
Y: oh okay :)
*vinnie went to the front seat of the car to get your ring and he got you a teddy bear and went back to you*
V: hey!
Y: hey...
V: so y/n, we've been going on dates and all for the past month and these have been the best dates ever. I genuinely think that we're ment for eachother so without that being said, y/n will you make me the happiest man alive and become my girlfriend? I say opening the box reveling the ring

Y: yes omg yes!! She said as she jumps into my arms...

End of flashback and back to reality

Still Vinnies P.O.V
I decided that I had enough, I needed this girl back in my life. I will do anything to be by her side again. I promise to not let her walk away again. She's the girl I love, my soul mate, the love of my life, the woman I wanna marry one day, the woman I want to be the mother of my children, y/n....she is what I truly want
After a few seconds of thinking I got the courage to ask y/n to talk outside. When I did she said "ok" and we walked out. That's when I let it all just pour out.
End of p.o.v

Y: what's up? What'd you wanna talk about?
V:*sighs* us.....I wanna give us another chance and I know that your probably in ano-
Thats when you cut him off with a kiss and after pulling away telling him he was the only one and that you weren't in a relationship. That's when you hugged and decided to talk about it later.

You guys are giving eachother time to think about the next move. You guys are now in the talking stage and will be at the relationship one in no time...the end??

I could never thank you guys enough, you guys mean the absolute world and ily all sm thank you!! I mean I was at 600 reads only a few days ago and now my book is at 1.24k?! Like wow 🥺💖 thank you thank you thank youuu!!
