Brenda's POV

Today, I decided to dress in just a pair of jeans, my uggs, a toboggan, a black T-shirt and a coat with a scarf. I put my hair in a bun on the top of my head, along with chap stick and mascara. Sam asked me if I wanted to ride with him to school this morning, and he had that old dopey grin on his face like he used to. On the way to the school, my song 'In The Middle Of Starting Over' came on the radio, and instead of turning it off like I thought he was, he turned it up and started singing along. I laughed. Once it was over, he turned the radio down and asked,

"So, how long are you staying?"

"Until after New Years, I hope. Matthew, my manager, told me that I had a break since I've been working so hard on my albums and interviews and all that." I answered. He nodded.

"Cool...You know, Stevie punched this kid at school after he insulted you and your songs." Sam said, chuckling slightly.

"Are you serious?" I asked surprised.

"Yep! Little shit gave him a black eye. Remind me to not get on his bad side."

"Definitely. Have you been giving him lessons or something? I remember how you can give some pretty good black eyes."I said, looking at him pointedly. He laughed, and I couldn't help but laugh with him.

"Nah, mom said I couldn't do that until he's 16." He said seriously.

"Wait really?" He snorted but nodded too.

"Haha yeah, if he still wants lessons anyway." He answered as we got out and started walking towards the entrance to the school." I mean, who doesn't want muscles like they're brother?" He joked, flexing, even though you couldn't see anything because of his jacket. I snorted this time. I glanced to my right, and saw a paparazzi taking pictures.

"Shit, we need to hurry up and get in the school." I said hurriedly.

"Why?"

"Paparazzi." I said and we both started walking faster until we made it through the door." I knew they'd show up at some point." I said annoyed.

"Well, you're famous. What do you expect? And I'm pretty sure every straight man in this world wants at least one picture of you." I smiled at him. I saw Mercedes and Chord walking down the hall and I nudged Sam, pointing at them. We jogged towards them, and caught up with them before they walked in the choir room. We sat down and Sam stood in front of everyone as Mr. Schue came in from his office. Sam hopped on top of the piano and tucked some hair, which had fallen out of it's pony tail, behind his ear.

"Alright, I'm going to call your name, and when I do, stand next to Mr. Schue." Sam started." Chord, Mercedes, Puck, Rachel, Santana, Finn, Brittany, Quinn, Kurt, Blaine, Mike, Brenda, and me!" He said and laughed to himself, standing next to me. I shook my head at him.

"Okay, those of you who just got your names called, are mentors for these kids. Unique, your with Mercedes. Jake, your with your brother. Marcus, your with Mike, Spencer, your with Sam, Kitty, you're with Quinn, Lillian, you're with Santana, Marley, you're with Rachel, Sabrina, you're with Brenda, Luke, you're with Chord, Mason, you're with Finn, Rodrick, you're with Brittany, Madison, you're with Blaine, and Hunter, you're with Kurt. Go to your mentors." Sabrina quickly raised her hand though.

"Mr. Schue, my other brother is coming by here today, because he wanted to see what we did in here. Is that okay?"

"Yeah, of course. Alright guys, you can go where ever you want, the food court, auditorium, or even stay here." I smiled as I walked over to Sabrina. Her eyes looked like they were about to pop out of her head.
