When you get them a pet

You can decide whatever pet you are getting them.

Charlie:

She will gasp, saying this is so precious and she's so thankful. She will happily pet it and play with it for a bit but then worriedly ask you where you can both find food for it. When you assured her you already bought the food and toys, she smiled and gave you a hug, thanking you for this very kind gift and she loves it.

Vaggie:

She will freak out, asking you if you know how much money an animal costs, how she barely has time to take care of a pet, how she isn't prepared for a pet and how there isn't any food or toys for this thing. She told you to go bring it back, saying neither of you can take care of it. But after enough convincing, she sighed and said fine. She doesn't really interact with it much, maybe a greeting and a scratch on its head when she sees it in the morning or if she's searching you that she might ask it if it seen you, but besides that, she doesn't really do much with it.

Cherri Bomb:

She will chuckle, crouching down and ruffle the animal, asking you where you found this one. When you told her it's a gift for her, she looked at you, a bit shocked you are gifting her a pet but then chuckled and said it's an awesome gift. She told you to wait here before she rushed away and returned a few minutes later with a box full of toys, excited to play with the creature.

Niffty:

It better be a pet that can clean itself and doesn't shed too much or she will freak out and keep chasing it while brushing it and cleaning everywhere it stepped and/or touched. So if you get her a pet she will like, she will excitedly ruffle it, greeting it before happily thanking you but then quickly rushed to the front door, saying you both have to go buy food and toys for it.

Angel Dust: (I don't know how but I keep forgetting he has four arms...)

You noticed Fat Nuggets sometimes was upset when you both weren't around for a long time and you found out they don't like being alone so you bought another piggy. When Angel Dust saw it, he let out a gasp before picking it up, saying this pig is so cute before he put it aside Fat Nuggets, aweing about how cute this is, his upper hands covering his mouth while his lower hands pulled you closer to him before covering your face with kisses, thanking you for the new piggy.

Alastor:

Get him a dog and he will throw you out the house. But get him something else that isn't or doesn't look like a dog and he will appreciate it, scratching its head while talking to it before asking you why the sudden gift. When you shrug and say you just thought he might like it, he chuckled and said he does.

Husk:

He will stare at it before asking you why you think he would want a pet. When you shrugged and said you thought he might want an animal friend, he mumbled not really. He refused to interact with it, but slowly he began liking it and soon you can find him sitting around with it resting aside or on him.

Sir Pentious:

He will freak out, wondering what he has to do with this thing. When you told him it's for him, he nervously smiled before saying an unsure thank you. It took him a bit but then he got used to it and began liking it. If you can't find the pet, just enter Pentious' invention room and you will find it just chilling while Pentious' is working on something. Pentious taught the pet how to bite Egg Bois just for the fun of it and if he can't hit them, that he can send the pet to go do it.
