carmen woke up from a strange dream in pansy bed, having no memories of the previous night.

"hey, you up" she said moving pansy's arm off of her stomach

"hmm" pansy readjusted herself, taking her hands off of carmen after they had been cuddled together

"what happened last night?"

"oh you were rambling about how much you loved ron and then you feel asleep on my shoulder" pansy said fixing her messy hair

"i don't love ron"

"uh yeah you do" pansy said turning to face carmen

"no it's just a crush nothing more. i mean come on he's a Weasley, i'm a Lestrange. yes my mom is terrible person but she would freak out if she ever saw i was with him"

"you're right, plus he's a bloody gryffindor nasty creatures but you sounded pretty in love last night."

"never"

"why did your crush fade away"

"no anyway do you think the malfoy family ever sees my mom?"

"i mean probably if she wasn't in azkaban right now" pansy said

"fuck i literally forgot she was locked up"

"why are you so interested in your mom now didn't she ruin your life?"

"yes but i had a dream about her last night"

(carmens pov)

i was in a dark room with a long table in the middle of it.  Bellatrix was at the end not paying attention to me what so ever.  i didn't even know if she could see me then she looked up straight at me squinting her eyes. i wasn't scared like i thought i would be i was more confused, she kinda smiled at me
"come sit darling"  she told me pointing her long bony fingers on the chair in front of her
i sat down now face to face with the woman who abandoned me.

"i see you been put into slytherin, your father always thought you'd be a gryffindor but i knew you had an evil little soul" she said sounding like she was trying to insult me

"what do you want and why am i here?" i replied not knowing if i was in a dream anymore cause it felt so real, way to real.

"awe you don't want to see mommy? you are here cause you are very powerful." bellatrix said

"how would you know if i'm powerful or not? you left me" i yelled, clearly getting angry. her leaving me left a giant hole in my heart. i had my father but he knew nothing about magic and i had to discover it on my own, to be quite honest i know im powerful. last year i hexed some ravenclaw cause she was talking bad about me and my mom, she couldn't speak for a month because of my hex. no one had taught me hexs yet we started to learn them this year but they just came naturally. i can cause people lots of pain if i wanted too, i always try not to let my anger out but me keeping it in i'm just gonna explode some day it's gonna unleash something very evil.

"darling we have no secrets here i know everything about you" she said acting as she could read my mind

"i'm not like you" i said trying to act tough again but the thought of her understanding me hurt.
