Quirk desc: when the user activates his quirk,he can stop time which means that he can stop everything in time minus the user,when the user is fighting a villain he can just time stop the villain and then punch him a bunch of times,after the user deactivates his quirk after punching the villain a bunch of tines,the villain will feel the punches while they were being time stop
Ultimate move: self stop,whenever the user doesnt wanna time stop everything,he can just focus on something or someone he wants to time stop whenever he needs to
Quirk weakness: he can sometimes pass out if he uses his quirk for more longer than 45 minutes
Appearance: he had flat red hair,part of his hair is covering hus left eye,he has black eyes,black pants and a green and blue jacket
