Quirk description: she can conjure ice,snow and frost from their being, she can also create snowballs and snowflakes. She can make images come to life from frosted panes, bring in freezing winds, and freeze water by walking on it
Quirk weakness/normal weakness: although the cold doesnt bother the user,she can get sick,the holders body is always cold,she cant exactly feel warmth either, she can also suffer from hypothermia if she uses her quirk too much
Ultimate move: winter storm, she can make the battlefield into a land of ice which enhances her winter like abilities, combat skills and speed. This lasts for a good 15 minutes
Other: she can ride the wind, or 'fly', but keeps it a secret,she can also breath out cold air, and whenever she walks,she leaves the ground iced or frosted
