Quirk description: the user can emit light blue flames that instead of being hot,they are cold and can cause frostbite, if the user puts enough energy it can freeze the place around it,the quirk is boosted in the winter
Quirk weakness: when being used the user is incapable of focusing on other things because they have to be focused on their energy to use the quirk
Ultimate moves: freeze dance: by moving so elegantly while in combat it looks like the user is dancing,they freeze everything around them including the opponent
Ice dragon- making dragons out of ice and manipulating them to attack the opponent
